    Three generations of people here for a family reunion. The apartment was very cute, clean and close to the ocean. The kitchen was small but well appointed, though we opted to eat out. Brooke was super helpful in giving local tips and answering questions. Beds were comfortable, though a few more pillows for sleeping and less for the Insta would have been helpful. Would definitely stay again!

    Our family of five and dog really enjoyed our stay at this Summerland home! The unit is nicely remodeled, clean, and cozy and has everything we needed. The location is fantastic and we loved walking around town, grabbing coffee, and going to the beach daily. The proximity to the highway/noise was not an issue for us. Host was super easy to communicate with - would definitely stay here again!

    It was just as described, cute, accommodated us entirely. Wish we could have had an earlier check in, but oh well and address was a little confusing but we figured it out. Brook responded quickly to our questions. I would stay here again.

    Came for a wedding in Carpenteria. Perfect size place for our stay . very clean , walking distance to stores and cafe short drive to Santa Barbara and Carpenteria. we also had a view of the ocean from our upstairs room.
