Stayed Jul 13, 2025Great environment and view. Very friendly host.Unfortunately the appartment was not suitable for a family. There was only 1 sleeping room, our children had to sleep in the living room with hardly any privacy and too much light. Therefore my spouse and I had to go outside to the terrace for out evenings, wich was sometimes infested with bugs and cold.Furthermore the appartment was rather dirty, it didn't appeared to be cleaned quite some time, nor even ventilated so the interior was damp, as well as all the sheets and towels, beside a bit smelly. It felt more like camping, wicht would have been okay, but for a much cheaper price. For the amount payed we expected a lot more cleanliness and comfort.A pity, because the place has got a lot of potential. Maybe in the future with a lot of effort...

Stayed Jun 14, 2025The very well equipped property is full of charm and has an unique view over the bay of poets. A view you will hardly find somewhere else. Still not everything is as new as the bathroom, but this part of the charm.Speaking of charm I need to mention Riccardo, too. He is a real great host, always engaged to make your stay unique.
