Summer cottage with pool and breathtaking views, Gargano National Park

In all respects, a wonderful holiday venue, with the generosity and thoughtfulness of our hosts Matteo and Maria especially memorable.

The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The terrace was my favourite place. Big with a great view over the coast. Perfect for an evening drink. The hosts are very welcoming and made us feel very much at home. We loved it.

We loved our short holiday in Mattinata in this remote and idyllic location. On arrival, we were greeted by Maria and her father Matteo. The property was clean and pleasant but most of all, the views from the terrace absolutely amazing. We wish we could have stayed longer! Great value for money too!

A beautiful setting and immaculate accommodation. We tried all of Maria’s recommended places to visit , eat and enjoyed everything. The area is unspoilt by mass tourism , the local town was a lovely place and the locals so friendly and welcoming. We will be be revisiting !

This property is set in the hills above Mattera. The views of the coast are just stunning. Its a quiet family property with a couple of bungalows in the grounds. Surrounded by nature, there are dogs, cats and horses in the grounds. Our bungalow was basic but very clean with a large front porch to eat and sit outside. We were made welcome by the owner and her family who were very friendly. The pool is shared with the family and was very clean and warm. We had a great week on the Gargano coast - highlights were the Dark forest, Vieste and the Tremiti Islands. I would recommend this property as the setting is stunning. The inside isnt particularly modern and was a bit basic but it was clean and we had all we needed. My only 2 comments: we visited in August ... it was very hot at night .. aircon in the bedrooms would have been a real plus. There is no housenumber or address - putting a sign or name at the gate would save time ;-)

We've been there for two weeks with two children (14 and 11), and all of us have relaxed very well. The house is very well maintained, as well as the beautiful surrounding. All necessary equipment is available, and everything was very clean. The pool is a few meters above the house, and can be easily reached by a few steps through the nice garden. The hosts are friendly, open and very hospitable. The center of Mattinata is 7 minutes down the hill by car (which is necessary), all important shops are there. This house was definitely the right choice.

Perfect place for a holliday...i only missed the airco...it was verry hot in the house...

This place is in a very peacfull location with stunning views. The accommodation is almost new and well organised. If the pool is important to you you might want to ensure it is open before booking. It was closed in mid may.

It was my family's first visit to Puglia and we could not have landed at a better place. The house is new and fresh, garden is beautifully kept and pool lovely. You will immediately feel relaxed here as there is absolutely peace and quiet. Our boys age 8 and twelve enjoying the two friendly small dogs which was joyful. The surrounding beaches are among the cleanest we have ever visited. you find fish swimming around your feet! We are returning in 2017 for two weeks. Looking forward to visiting the place again.
