The property was easy to get into, and had everything that was listed, along with some nice surprises. I enjoyed staying here, and will do so again.

It was decent, the trim on the wall behind the fridge could use some cleaning along with fixing the back fence gate to where it actually latches shut. Yard was perfect for letting my dog run around with it being fenced in. The bathroom and bedroom was decent minus one outlet that looked like one of them were burnt but still worked. Bed and couch was comfortable too. We did hear some foot steps coming from upstairs but didnt bother us too much.

Loved this Lil spot it was cozy, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, quiet and we felt at home. Loved the hot tub in the backyard. Close to stores and food. Really comfy bed too. The host gave us all the info we needed for a easy check in.

Great location, private parking area. Everything was clean and organized, the property was spacious and well maintained. I appreciate that Shawn was flexible with our last check in and that he didn't hover around the property like a helicopter dad. We will definitely try to book this rental in the future. The owner was nice when we spoke but we got woke up super early because of of dogs barking at door and people stomping around upstairs

The rental was very, very dirty. The sheets were stained, torn, and covered in dog hair. The floors and furniture had similar issues. There was a partially broken large art piece (about 2 x 6 feet) above the bed that was coming apart and appeared that it would fall on the bed at any moment. When I reached out to the host regarding the dirty sheets issue, the host did not respond timely. We had to vacate the property due its unsanitary condition and book a hotel late at night at further expense. The noise from the host and his dog walking around upstairs was significant. The bathroom only had a roll of paper towels and no hand towel. Horrible experience all around.

I suppose I should have read the reviews more closely before booking my stay. Reports of the property being dirty are 100% true. When I walked in, the floors were dirty right off the bat. The bed had someone else's hair all over it and in each layer of sheet. There was also a crusty stain of some sort on the bed sheet as well. I slept in the least dirty of the layers and used my own pillows/blankets. The washer/dryer are not the one pictured and the dryer available is unbelievably loud. The shower was equally dirty, with hair being all over. Additionally, on night 1 the host took my laundry hamper and did not return it until i messaged him asking for it on the last night. I was willing to deal with all these things, i even brought my own cleaning supplies, vacuum, and amenities {like k-cups, cups, creamer, and plates} (which i left for the next guest to enjoy). Dont get me wrong, the hot tub was amazing. But i drew the line when i found a pill and a baggie of drugs in the room. The host completely mishandled the situation and in my opinion dropped the ball entirely. Finding a dime baggie of drugs and then being told by the host to flush it is absolute madness. Hopefully your stay is cleaner and drug free, as im sure that would make this place the perfect place to rest on vacation.

Everything is very accurately described! They have a great hot tub, comfortable bed and couch to have a relaxing getaway. I’ve stayed at this vrbo 4 times now over the last 3 years and I’ll definitely be back!

Great place with a beautiful back yard

This pet friendly stay was great! Sean was a warm and friendly host. The nicely landscaped large backyard was fully fenced, bringing great joy to our two dogs after being cooped up in the car for the long trip. The house is close to I-405 but the traffic noise was hardly noticeable. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Highly recommend Sean and his place.

This place was perfect for our needs! There is ample parking space in the driveway, the hot tub was amazing, the large couch & bed were comfortable, and there were lots of extra blankets along with 3 space heaters. Our dog loved the large grassy fenced backyard and the host, Shawn, was very friendly & accommodating. I highly recommend this place! :)

We had a wonderful stay! The property was easy to access and had convenient parking for two vehicles. Being on the ground level with a backyard made it perfect for letting our dog out. The bed was cozy, the shower was nice and warm, and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. We’d definitely stay here again!

Cozy basement suite with a huge yard patio and yard. Host is super nice. With doors and windows closed you can't hear the highway. We had a wonderful stay.

Upon arrival the neighborhood was very nice and seemed very calm. Check in was very easy and place looked exactly like the photos. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay throughout.

Absolutely! Here’s the revised version with that added:I really loved this little spot! I could’ve sworn the listing mentioned two beds but maybe it meant the couch counted as one. Either way, both the bed and the couch were super comfortable, so I wasn’t too disappointed. The hot tub was clean and relaxing, and the TV was big and really nice. The host was also really friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better.

The place is exactly as the photos show it. Our pups loved the big back yard, and the hot tub was fantastic. There can be some noise from the nearby interstate, but nothing too bad.

Good things: convenient location without much 405 noise. Barking dog problem was quickly remedied.Not so good things: Heavy steps overhead till midnight and beginning again at 4 am (audible even with ear plugs and white noise). Only one bedside lamp. Guests were asked to climb onto the sofa to close vent because the room was kept very cold. (Not a safe maneuver for some of us!) Other things that a week after the fact don’t matter that much, but in sum it wasn’t a great night.

Great VRBO, loved the place very neat . Did not have alot of success with messaging the hist and receiving a response during our stay but otherwise wonderful had everything needed while staying . Overall great stay and location

Great spot to crash for one night during our weekend. Bathroom sink area didn’t look freshly cleaned but the rest of the place looked good. Footsteps can definitely be heard walking above since owners live upstairs. Which we didn’t think about when booking so our dogs were a bit on edge and barked throughout the night. Whenever people were up walking around. Something to note if this is something that might bother you. Owner does have a friendly boxer.

Besides my daughter stepping in dog poop right as we got there it was amazing!! The owner even brought us down an emergency wine bottle opener that we needed!

Our two pets loved the grassy lawn. My two kids enjoyed the hot tub. Shopping mall, grocery and restaurants within walking mile. Many activities to do.

The family and I wanted to just get away from the every day and this place was perfect. Exactly as described and we enjoyed a nice soak in the hot tub before going to bed.

The place is great for an overnight or weekend away from downtown. With the hot tub outside the door, getting in a good soak at the end of the day makes it worthwhile. The host was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We were in town overnight and this was the perfect place for us to stay. Our dogs loved the HUGE fenced in back yard. The space was great for 2 adults and a toddler. We'd book this place again!

The accommodations were lovely, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The retro fridge and microwave were perfect! We enjoyed soaking in the wonderful hot tub.The bed was super comfy and we slept soundly. We didn’t bring a car and found it easy to use Lyft when we went into town. We enjoyed strolling the nice neighborhood. We recommend this location highly! A brio filtered pitcher or bottled water would have been nice.

My husband and I, along with our 2 small shih tzus, stayed at this Suite for 2 nights on a recent visit to celebrate our grandson's birthday. I don't like to leave unfavorable reviews, but...The best thing about it was that it was only a 3 minute drive to our son's house. First thing was the room is so cramped with the bed and massive couch that it was difficult to move around. The worst thing was the bathroom. While it was updated, it was not clean. Baseboards have never been cleaned, mold and mi ldew around the shower enclosure. The worst part was the long black hair left in the shower and on the countertops by a previous guest. Giant ick. And while there is a nice big backyard for your dog, it doesn't appear piles left by the owners 2 big bulldogs have ever been cleaned up. Would not stay here again staagain.again.GiIxkguestthe

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! We only saw the host once, but they were very responsive and helpful. The room was cute and had more of a cozy studio feel, which we loved. The backyard is lovely, and having a private entrance was a great touch. The space had all the basic needs we could ask for. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing experience!

I am so happy with my stay! My best friend and I were so comfortable. The hot tub was lovely, everything was so clean, comfy, and nice nice. The chandelier ceiling fan is gorgeous, linens nice, all up to date and good quality (giant tv, medium sized fridge, adorable microwave. Just overall an amazing experience! We loved it! A+++

Great little apartment. Stayed with mom. As described online. Shawn was very helpful. We wanted to check in early to drop our stuff before going to Seattle and he was very accommodating. Will stay again 100%.

We had an awesome time. The owner does have two dogs that are let out in the backyard but they are well behaved and didn’t aggravate our dog.
