Stayed Feb 21, 2025I was in town to vend at an Expo, and this was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Super-cute, clean, less than 10 minutes to the convention center, private parking, affordable... it was perfect for us. The property manager was very responsive and quickly accommodated us when we needed to add an extra night. We'll be staying here again next year when we're back in town for the expo.Thank you so much!

Stayed Apr 8, 2023Very nice place, located right in the middle of everywhere I needed to go. The place was very clean and has most of what you need if you just so happen to forget anything. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Charlotte. It was perfect for me and my pre-teens. Ms. Smart was very accommodating and quickly responds to any questions.

Stayed Sep 10, 2022Location is great. By car a short drive into the city (Nascar Hall of Fame, for instance). Public transportation around the corner (tram, currently for free, might change). Neighborhood quiet and seems safe. Great communication with the owner! Well equipped and clean, even with washing machine and dryer. We missed nothing. It's an older building with it's own charme. Lots of space! Parking in back yard, very convenient. We would come back!
