NEW ACCOUNT -Located in the heart of Downtown Wolfville, Suite 204 is our accessible suite that is a spacious two bedroom layout perfect for a group or two couples. With a balcony and views of Cape Blomidon you can't go wrong. This suite uniquely has accessibility features and the building has an elevator for added comfort and ease during your stay. With a full kitchen, rainfall shower head, 55 Smart TV, comfortable furnishings, washer & dryer, large windows, you'll wish you never had toleave!

Suite 204 is located on the second floor, facing Blomidon and Front Street. It's the third door down the hall on your left.

Type in your self check in key code and you will enter the open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has a cozy sofa and chair, a large television with sound bar, and ample books, games, and cards! There is a dining table with seating for four.

There is a balcony just off of the living room.

The kitchens are brand new, sparking clean, and full of everything you might need to prepare a delicious meal with fresh Valley ingredients! Equipped with new Bosch appliances (induction cooktop, full fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is an electric kettle, toaster, Ninja blender, immersion blender, drip coffee maker, French press, and manual pour-over coffee maker, full pot and pan set, cooking sheets, casserole dishes, wine opener, full dish set, full cutlery set, Riedel wine glasses (red, white and champagne flutes), measuring cups, mixing bowls, basic cooking utensils, etc. Missing something Just ask! We've made adjustments to make the space accessibility-friendly such as lowered counters, lowered appliances, roll-under counter space, and roll-under sink.

The bedroom on the left features a queen bed, the bedroom on the right has a king bed. Additionally, the larger bedroom has small work surface. Each bedroom boasts a custom closet! The bathroom has a luxurious barrier-free walk in shower with a rainfall shower head and shower wand. There are several features to help with accessibility including a roll-under counter, safety bars in the shower and beside the toilet. There's a shower chair available in the storage closet.

Guests use a common building entrance either at the front or back of the building which requires their unique access code. Lobby, hallways, stairways and elevator are all common areas. Guests have access to the whole suite with their rental, including ensuite laundry.

Ideally located on Main Street in the middle of downtown. A short walk to the grocery store, liquor store, convenience store, Subway, Pizza, several cafes, several pubs, two drugs stores and the location to get on the Wolfville Magic Winery Bus.

The town is very walkable. We suggest having a vehicle to best explore outside of the town of Wolfville. The local cab company tends to be unreliable. There is a bus system called Kings Transit but it has a very linear route.

Our Cancellation Policy is: Full refund up to 5 days before the date of check-in. After the 5 day window, you are not entitled to a refund. Please contact Airbnb Support for help with the cancellation. It must be done on your end and not by the host. Please ensure you receive confirmation of the cancellation from Airbnb.
