Trevor was absolutely super. He was there for our arrival and made us very welcome. A very thoughtful supply of bread, butter and milk were supplied as a welcome pack.

Stayed here for five days with my Mum. This apartment was like a home away from home. Trevor thought of every small detail, the bread hugger and milk on arrival was especially nice as well as helping us with our bags and showing us around the house. Nothing was too much trouble, beds comfy, area quiet and accessible and just a very relaxing place to stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality I'll definitely be back

Spot on apartment in a great place, 15 min walk to the station for trains into Perth. We were there for the cricket . The apartment was very well kitted out including a gas BBQ and A/C in the lounge area. Nice touches, such as jams and honey, lots of toiletries and washing powder helped make our 5 day stay even more comfortable.

Had an excellent stay at this apartment, it’s in a great location and only three stops on the train to Perth, lots of places to eat locally. We did however have some communication issues with the owner Trevor as it all got confusing with the lack of response to my questions about entry to the apartment prior to leaving the U.K. Trevor met us inside the apartment and we appreciated his knowledge and showing us around . It was also very kind of him to provide us with fresh bread butter and milk . The appartment has everything you need and more for a great stay .

The apartment was perfect. Everything was provided to make your stay really easy from jam and Vegemite to beach towels and beach chairs. Lovely to have huge wardrobes too…no living out of your suitcase in this property! Location was superb for bars, restaurants and transport. Trevor is an excellent host. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Host met us at the apartment. He showed us through the apartment & explained parking etc.. The apartment was well laid out. Host was very generous with starter kit such as tea & coffee supplies and there was a loaf of fresh bread on the bench. Good location for a stay in Perth.

Well located for shops and restaurants in Subiaco which is a beautiful suburb of Perth. The apartment was lovely. It was clean and uncluttered. Very comfortable. The host met us at the apartment with the keys. Things like tea bags, herbs and oil for cooking were thoughtfully provided. Definitely the best town apartment we have had the pleasure of renting with Stayz.

Trevor was lovely, showed us around and gave us a good guide to the area. Lovely, clean home. Would love to come back.

Trevor's place is conveniently located, close to everything in Subiaco. The apartment is very clean and has everything we need. Walking distance to Hay St and Rokeby Rd, plenty of cafes and restaurant nearby. We definitely will be back again.

Fabulous location, walked to everything, would recommend. Only disappointing part was checkout. Hosts pulled up and sat in the car out the front in the driveway at 9:30am. We were down for medical appointments and it was pouring with rain, we felt rushed trying to put everything in the car in the rain and we were both recovering from procedures, which was a little annoying.

The best provisioned holiday rental I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. We enjoyed being so close to friends and family with good shopping and food outlets within walking distance. It doesn’t catch much sun but the heating worked well. Undercover parking a bonus. Would come again for sure.

Nice clean property in Subiaco which was perfect for our weekend without the kids. Property was well equipped with everything you need including a fresh loaf of bread, milk condiments etc which was a nice touch HOWEVER the check in process was ridiculous. We arrived at the property and waited (not long) for Trevor to provide access. We had moved our luggage and some alcohol to the front door while we waited for him to arrive. Once he did arrive and let us in the property he stayed for way too long and proceeded to treat us like teenagers and lectured us about having no parties here because we had alcohol with us. It was extremely uncomfortable and for that reason I would definitely NOT stay here again. Kind of felt like we were being watched by other occupants of the unit blocks as well. Lots of mirrors in the apartment which after dealing with check in had me slightly concerned. Trevor if we wanted to have a party we would have it in our own house and I'm 41 not a party animal anymore. Everything was great except for dealing with check in with you as you made everything super uncomfortable

Our stay at Subiaco on Forrest was excellent. Trevor greeted us on our arrival & showed us around the unit. Everything we needed was there,except our food of course, but Trevor provided a fresh loaf of bread & milk. Will stay again when we travel to Perth.

Perfect hideaway unit in a great location we needed to be close to Hollywood hospital for a hospital stay. Close to shops and eateries not far from buses and train. Unit was very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Definitely recommend for short or long stay has underground parking.

I would highly recommend staying at this property. The host Trevor was a lovely man who checked us in. The property had absolutely everything you could want or need. Even lock up parking for your car. The unit was so very clean and comfortable and the location was the best, walking distance to restaurants, bar and anything else you needed. There is not one thing I could fault. Such a wonderful place and a great price for what you get. Our 8 night stay here was absolutely amazing. The place was so clean, spacious & very quiet, you couldn’t hear any of the other neighbours. For our arrival there was a lovely loaf of bread which we finished the next day, it was so yummy. There was also butter & a 2 litre bottle of milk in the fridge. There were coffee pods, sugar, honey, jam & Vegemite. There was dishwashing liquid, Finish Powerball Quantum tablets for the dishwasher & washing powder for the washing machine & the dryer came in handy. There was plenty of bath towels & toilet paper as well. In fact everything is supplied, you just have to buy food. There’s even cling wrap, foil, serviettes, paper towels & a full box of large tissues. Restaurants, cafes, Woollies & Coles are all within walking distance, it’s such a beautiful place. If you have a car there’s undercover secure parking which is great. Trevor was wonderful, especially one day it was freezing & he messaged us to make sure we were warm enough & that there were blankets in the spare bedroom. We highly recommend this place & if we ever come back to WA we’d happily stay here again because it’s so central to everything. So do yourself a favour & stay here, you won’t be sorry

Trevor met us on arrival. Great 2 bedroom unit. Very generous supplies in the fridge & cupboards which were great, even tho we didn’t cook. Location quiet and close to restaurants. Secure parking was a bonus. We enjoyed 2 nights in Perth before flying to Europe. Would love to come back to this unit for a holiday next time.

Our stay here was perfect. The unit had everything we could possibly have wanted and was the best equipped accommodation I've stayed at. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Cleanliness was 10/10 and the unit was in a very nice quiet area but so close to Subiaco. Would definitely recommend.

An older block of units with steps to top floor units and to basement carpark (no elevators). The unit was clean and tidy and very well appointed. The contact (Trevor) provided good communication and seamless check in/out. Central to shops, restaurants and transport.

Trevor was fantastic and was very clear and concise about the place, the amenities within the house that’s available and also recommendations for nearby! Attention to detail in the house for anything and everything we need or didn’t. Definitely recommended!

A very clean, comfortable 2 bedroom unit. Very centrally located to everything. Beds so comfy with a choice of pillows. The host Trevor was extremely helpful and welcoming.

This property is ideally located to restaurants and medical services. It is a quiet neighbourhood with secure underground parking. The apartment is exceptional clean with great air-conditioning and all the extras in the pantry that you need. We will stay again.

Before booking, I read numerous positive reviews, but experiencing it firsthand was even better than I had imagined. Very well maintained and set up space. Great communication. Place was immaculate. Lots of kitchen utensils and appliances- even Nutri bullet (which we had brought with us!). Super property. Quiet location with easy walking into Subi. Very well equipped and owner Trevor very helpful. The only issue for us was that the parking was difficult for our larger vehicle.

Trevor accommodated our request for a late arrival. The apartment suits our needs and the location is perfect. We will be visiting again soon!

Fantastically appointed accommodation located in the heart of Subiaco; close to all amenities including restaurants, pubs, shopping, the Regal Theatre and the railway station. We had the best overnight experience we've had for a long while and will do it again soon in a heartbeat.

This was the perfect spot for a pre hospital stay. The accomodation was comfortable, clean and in a good location. The cot, high chair and toys were much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay would definitely recommend it.

Trevor was out front to greet us as we got in at about 8pm in the dark. He gave us the run-through and then we were out to explore the area and what a lovely area Subiaco is! Lots of great little cafes and the train station nearby. The place itself was just perfect for us. Two sizeable bedrooms with great linen and appointed simply but contemporarily. There was enough space in the family room for us all to sit comfortably and the aesthetics are homey and tasteful. He had left us bread and butter and milk which was just lovely as we didn't know where the grocery store was at that point. We went into Perth and also out to Rottnest from the train station and found that being out of town a bit was relaxing and interesting. Thanks Trevor we had a great time there.

Only problem I had was the shower was too wonderful I felt guilty I spent too long in there and the soft fluffy towels were heavenly. We enjoyed the apartment very much and would recommend it. It has everything you need and is ideally situated and very comfortable. Bread and milk, tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided as well as some basic essentials. . For older folks it does have stairs to the entry. Communication was excellent and prompt.

This property was amazing and exactly what we needed for our stay. Tucked away from the busy street it was super quiet but close to everything we needed. A short walk to the train station and lots of restaurants. The property was very clean and super comfortable, a home away from home it had everything we could need. Our stay was mid week for 3 nights. The place was exactly like the photos and Trevor has every appliance that you can think of. It is very central to Rokeby St to the shops and cafes and close to the train and bus station too. Can't fault our stay and would go back if ever in WA again. Loved it.
