    We enjoyed our 5 weeks stay in this fabulous condo. As well as having a spectacular South West view, this tastefully decorated, spacious apartment has comfortable good quality furniture and an exceptionally well equipped kitchen. Communication with the owner was excellent and checkin was easy. The location is ideal as the building is located near downtown and tourist ammenities as well as Beacon Hill park and residential areas.

    The apartment was fully as advertised, clean, comfortable, convenient. We hardly needed the car due to the central location on Fairfield Rd. We were 3 (one couple and myself), all seniors who love to visit Victoria. We will do it again, for sure!

    This condo was immaculate and ideally stocked for our comfortable weeklong stay. The owner was easily contacted at check in and available for questions as needed. We enjoyed the panoramic cityscape/harborscape from the large windows. Watching colorful sunrises and sunsets from the balcony was extremely relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking full meals. We appreciated having clothing washer and dryer present, but discretely placed in the condo. The extensive recycling facilities in the basement were an inspiration.

    This condo was clean and beautiful with incredible views of the city and harbor from the living room and veranda. The location was great - close to the wharf, shops and wonderful restaurants. Very easy to walk to various conveniences. It will be my go to place whenever I return to Victoria!

    Property is convenient to everything with easy access to all bus lines. Views are amazing. View from condo is better than views from Marriott and Grand Pacific combined. Condo is very secure. Owner is very accessible for questions.

    Really appreciate: All the amenities as listed in the rental’s description were not only met, but also went beyond our expectations: laundry supplies, (including dirty laundry bag, note cards in the desk, and hair care products (exception - no shampoo - When asked about it, was told, “Most people bring their own.” However, I have never stayed at a rental in which that is the case.) Extremely well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable mattresses and linens. Super comfortable living room furniture. Best bath mat ever in the main bathroom. Concerns: No offer to supply shampoo when it was brought to the hostess’ attention that it was not available. No offer to supply/provide an alternate parking solution to our over-sized height (due to kayaks), even though parking was included in the price of our stay. We spent hours finding places on the streets to park, then having to move every few hrs. - extremely frustrating! We could have removed the kayaks and stored them in front of our car, but the owner’s bike was stored there and they did not even offer to move the bicycle. Very disappointing…and no compensation offered. Washing machine smells like mildew. Chipped edge on soup bowl in kitchen cupboard. A recycle bin in the condo for transport to the basement would be helpful. Towel in master bathroom has hole. Odd that there is a large rectangular table cloth for the small round table.

    Wonderful place to stay! Location was perfect, apartment nicely furnish and the view!!!!! The hosts were very helpful with suggestions and accommodations and responded quickly to questions.
