· Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 10 PM. Please be aware that there is a 40€ extra fee for late check-in after 10 PM.

· Home greeting: there is an extra cost of 25€ for check-in at the property.

· Check-out is by 11 AM.

Late check-out:From 11 AM to 1 PM there is an extra charge of 75€.
After 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate may be charged without discounts.

Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to completely change the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.

Damage to keys set: € 50

Smoke fee in the property: 300 €

The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding the allowed noise levels, refraining from hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during their stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the security deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Fully refundable 14 days

· Cancel up to 14 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival day.
