Stayed Nov 25, 2025Several smaller factors held this otherwise nice property back but together they added up to a “meh” to good review in our opinion. We thought the maintenance in the ceiling of the shower, the coffee grounds left in the coffee maker, the bacon grease and bits in the microwave, the threadbare sheets and throw in one bedroom, the fact that the wifi stopped working midway through our stay and the lack of printed information about thermostat adjustment detracted from an otherwise conveniently located and nicely furnished property. Somewhat far away from Yale but walkable if you’re in good shape. Better for central New Haven.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025I stayed for five nights at this apartment and really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is new, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent — close to downtown — and having an allocated parking spot is very convenient if you have a car. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Stayed Apr 23, 2025We needed a place in the middle of college visits and this was a perfect landing spot that allowed us to relax at the end of the day. The location is an easy 15 minute walk to Yale, and very close to a pretty park (Wooster Square) and the Italian district street which has two of the famous pizza places plus some other restaurant, bakeries and cafes. We ended up going here for dinner both nights. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Living room pull out could use some more bedding and as with so many rental the bathroom needs shelves and hooks. All in all a great spot and I would stay there again.
