Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If you want to receive mail, you will need to have it sent to the local post office for pickup.

Council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. Standard check-in time for meet-and-greet is from 3pm-8pm. Check-in after 8pm will incur a $35 fee. If you are running late to meet our key handler, please let us know ASAP. We will need to charge $50 per hour for late arrival to meet our key handler, as this is what the service charges us.
