Stayed Oct 27, 2025Host was very welcoming and ease of entry was a plus. Also host was very quick to respond. My only complaints were that there was no dryer, so we couldn’t do laundry,AND the parking is a nightmare. I pulled out of my spot and ran over a couple of inches of concrete and it was so horrible I actually screamed out loud and my rental car sounded different after that. It was impossible to find a parking spot that I didn’t nearly hit something or run over something. And as much as I loved the place. It was perfect. The anxiety of parking a car there is a no go. And if you want to call a Lyft be prepared to stand outside in front of the building because that’s where the address is and you will be in the back. So if it’s cold… and food delivery drops your stuff off on the front porch too so you have to put your shoes on and walk downstairs around to the front, and back up. If you have a little SUV and only need the basics, this is the place. It’s very cute and comfy.

Stayed Oct 26, 2024The property was quite nice and the convenience was perfect. Close to Downtown and Michigan Avenue where we found coffee shops, restaurants and a distillery within a very short drive. It worked out very well for our quick trip to Detroit.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024Perfect for a weekend trip with my partner. Location was pretty good, we scootered pretty much everywhere and most of our scooter trips were 5-10mins. The apartment was cozy and clean with a comfortable bed.
