Stylish St. Johns Accommodations

Excellent location. Had trouble finding initially the correct room as the number was out of sight from the road. Having a late checkin of 1:45am didn’t help

Centrally located. Met our needs.Suggestions of restaurants/attractions/shopping in the area would have been useful. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable, quiet and spacious with good basic amenities within walking distance (and walks through beautiful neighborhoods nearby). Appreciated the ample off street parking.

Good location, close to everywhere. Reasonable price in the busy season. Nice host.

Great location, very clean

This was our last stop on our across province trip. We stayed at many other VRBO properties on our trip. This property did not have as stocked a kitchen as other properties we stayed at. There were only four mugs and four small glasses. They only supplied a small amount of dishwasher detergent and soap. All other properties we stayed at had been fully stocked and no limited stock on any items such as soap. This would not be a place to stay longer than a few nights.This place was a perfect location for visiting St John’s. The carpet on the stairs was a bit disgusting and definitely needed a shampoo.The check in process was a little worrisome as I had not been contacted 24 hours prior to checking and had to reach out to Vincent. All other properties we stayed at had given check in information 3 days prior to our first day.In the end, we had a great time in St. John’s and this property wasn’t spectacular but it was great for the price and location

Enjoyed our time in St. John. The owner was communicative, friendly and the accommodations were nice. Beds were cozy. And fans for both bedrooms.

Close access to downtown. Nice and clean and beds were comfortable. Could have had a few more supplies like paper towel and garbage bags.

My husband, mother-in- law and I stayed for two nights. The property was very clean and contained everything we needed. Parking and entry to the property was very convenient and communication with Victor was easy and quick.

Enjoyable stay. Had a problem with the wifi, but contacted the host (Victor) and got the problem fixed right away. Planned on staying 3 nights but ended up only stayed 2 nights. Got refunded for the night we did not stay. If going to St. Johns in the future will definitly check to see if this property is available.

Enjoyed to the fullest with my love who havent seen in two months. Place really clean and cosy. I asked the host about a small christmas tree and he was so kind to go get one for us. We loved it and it was perfect!! Thank you for having us victor and andrea

As advertised, comfy and clean.

The property is located in the sketchiest area of St. John's. We did not venture out in the evening and I would have felt more comfortable if there was a deadbolt on the door. The outside of the property needs some serious paint and cleanup. The backyard was overgrown and had junk in it. The inside was marginally clean and the furniture was tired. I washed some of the dishes before I used them. There is an oven and a microwave but no baking/cooking dishes that could be used except one cookie sheet. There were no paper towels either. Bottom line - I wouldn't recommend this property!

We spent just over a week and the accommodations were excellent. We walked downtown easily pretty much every evening. It provided great access to the highways and it was very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Property was ok but the parking provided was terrible.

This place is very clean, off road parking, owner is very friendly & very accommodating, he’s very friendly.. We thought we had left something behind & I messaged him & he was very fast in replying back to me.. I would recommend this place to anyone & everyone 10/10

Pretty good stay,beds we’re comfortable

Lovely house, really enjoyed the patio, central location so we walked almost everywhere. Even during a heat wave the fans and windows were enough to keep it comfortable.

This apartment was walkable to downtown restaurants and bars and to the Delta Hotel to catch the hop on hop off bus tour. The inside was lovely and very clean.

The property was a great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy to find, very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and very clean.

Very nice modern apartment with all necessities provided. Beds super comfortable- towels comfortable and everything very clean. Located on a nice street walkable to the downtown restaurants- approx 20 minutes

Just minutes away from downtown and a short drive to many different tourist attractions and hiking trails. Victor was very helpful in suggesting tourist and non-tourist things to do and places to eat.
