At a walking distance and immediate vicinity, there are many restaurants / bars / typically Parisian coffee shop, the famous rue Oberkampf and rue de la Roquette which counts among the best caterer and nightlife.



Around the unit, you would enjoy l'Opera Bastille and le Canal Saint-Martin, meters to La Place des Vosges and le Marais. Perfect area for shopping.
