Stayed Apr 4, 2026A wonderful location! The view from the window is magnificent. The apartment is well-maintained—everything is clean, and it has all the essentials for a family with children. There are comfortable chairs and two umbrellas available for the beach. There is a laundry room located on the same floor. The host responds quickly. We have been staying in this building for three years now, and this was the best apartment yet—at an excellent price. We will definitely be back.

Stayed Aug 4, 2025Visited from UK for first trip to Miami. Check in process all good, condo was perfect size for us with balcony, decent sized living room, dining table for 4 and plenty of storage. Complex is ok but perhaps a little dated and a couple of days the pool was very very cloudy and over chlorinated but the host can’t do anything about that. Overall it was good value for the area.

Stayed Aug 7, 2024My wife, our 15 year-old and I had a wonderful time at this property. Very comfortable and spacious condo, with a great view of the ocean and of the Sunny Isles area. A 3-4 mins walk from the beach. Many dining and shopping options around. Lots of options for the whole family. The host was very useful and proactive in his communications. Kudos!
