The property was clean, kitchen equipped with essentials & bedrooms & bathrooms were very nice. The living room needs black out curtains to keep the flare out of the TV. The walls are so thin. We could hear everything going on next door & above us. Especially the baby crying, dogs barking, children running & stomping the floors above us. Not stay there again.

The property was spacious and clean. It had all the amenities needed. The location was convenient to the French Market and airport.

It was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only true complaint was the neighbours upstairs were up at all hours of the night thumping across the floor with shoes that were really loud. Nothing to do with the actual rental itself. A tiny bit of starter coffee would have added to the experience. Overall, I would book it again.

My friend and I loved this place for our girls’ getaway. This property is thoughtfully put together and feels cozy but with plenty of space. It had everything we needed, plenty of clean towels, really comfy beds and bedding, and ideal location for getting out and about. No problems with street parking in front. We’d definitely stay here again

Property was largely as described. We thought it listed a washer/dryer but didn’t see one on property. The location was great for being close to downtown NOLA. Nice room arrangement for a family of five, especially with two bathrooms. Very clean and tidy. Kitchen was one of the most well stocked we have had in a VRBO. The only downside was that there were bad temporary guests upstairs, which made for an unpleasant night, but the owner was very helpful and quick to sort it out. Would definitely still recommend, especially for families.

This place was very cute but we felt a little misled. If you are coming to town to party, this would work great. Not the best for small children. The walls were very thin. We could hear all of the other visitors. At night, there was a lot of noise in the backyard and under the floors, like a scratching. The house is on a busier street so getting out of the car was difficult. All the parking spots near the house were handicapped. It is close enough to the french quarter that a lyftride was 20 roundtrip, depending on time of day. The owner was great and responding when our tub was clogged before we even used it.Heads up on the buck moth caterpillars all over the porch!Owner was promt and responsive, i would not come back though as i am not a partier.Thank you for your hospitality.

This property is on a busy main road. The walls are very thin, and there was a lot of noise from the neighbors. The property was clean and well appointed. It is a bit darker than the photos make out.

The stay was very nice! We didn’t realize the layout of the house, as it’s one long hallway that flows through each bedroom. I found it fun, but consider it if you’re a group that needs privacy. The stay was very close to a few different bus stops and street car stops, which made traveling around the city very accessible! Overall, a great stay!

Responsive host, clean facilities. But with thin walls, easy to hear conversations from next door. Upstairs neighbors could be heard walking and speaking, especially when they checking in very late, after 10 PM. Hangers in closet would have been nice to hang our coats.

No issues. The people upstairs were a little loud later in the night but we were up. The 2 beds are advertised as doubles but they are twin size. Still works for us but just for reference. Comfortable for 5 people overnight.

We had some difficulties/delays communicating via VRBO. No fault of the host. The door code provided in the check-in email didn’t work. Apparently the property manager has changed the code & hadn’t notified the host. Thankfully, we were able to get the new code without too much trouble. The actual couch at the property was different from the one pictured & was quite worn with a tear in the fabric & a spring that was visibly pushing against the fabric. We also had some problems with electricity going out in the first bathroom, which took a few days to get resolved. On the plus side, the property is very centrally located with lots of amenities nearby and very easily able to get to places we wanted to go. The beds are extremely comfortable with lots of pillows.

The picture on the listing shows two additional chairs, they were not in the unit. The only seating was the love seat which had two holes in the fabric and the frame was broken and four kitchen chairs that were not very conducive to hanging out and watching TV or playing games. Not shown are many area rugs which can make walking through the unit difficult. Kept tripping on the one in the kitchen so we moved it during our stay. The listing says curated antiques; that is questionable. Could not see any smoke alarms. the luxury spa amenities are actually little bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash the hotels give out; and there were only three of each for the three of us for five nights. Had to empty dishwasher before we had dishes and cups available. There was garbage in the kitchen garbage pail upon our arrival. There was garbage on the front grass area. The fact that it is a very noisy street is not considered in this review; host had no control over that but it should be mentioned in the ad. The good news is the host was very responsive to questions before we booked. We sent him pictures of the holes in the love seat, but never heard from him.

When we checked in, there was no toilet paper, dishwasher had dishes in it, coffee maker had grounds in it,the kitchen table was sticky and several places. About half of the towels were dirty or stained, not sure which. The unit had been updated but is a shotgun style with no privacy in the bedrooms. Neighbors were extremely noisy Into the Night, and this is on a very busy street so we had sirens also throughout the night. The couch is completely worn out with no support and needs to be thrown out, back to where it appears to have come from.Checked in at 3:30 and advised host of the problems and did not hear back from them until 8:30 which was too late to do anything about it that night. At that point we had gone back out and bought toilet paperhad cleaned up the problems, and sorted through the towels. They offered to come in the morning which we didn't need at that point. Host offered to refund the cleaning fee, but never did. They even said they had new rugs to install and ask if they could come in and do it during our stay, which we denied.Would not stay here again, and would not recommend it to anyone else. In addition the washer and dryer is on the back porch, is shared by the other units, and being outside was dirty and covered with dust etc.

My teenage kids and I took a quick trip to NOLA. This condo offered a well-located place to crash once we finished our shopping and sightseeing around town. It had an easy check-in process and comfortable accommodations.

Noisy and sketchy street. No back cushions on the sofa which was the only seating in living room. Several lights didn’t work. Neighbor “borrowed” two lawn chairs we brought. The two chairs in the back patio were broken. No seating provided on front porch. The house was a remodeled shotgun house which means you have go through two bedrooms to get to the back bedroom. This was not explained in the promo description. Bed covers were stained which was icky

My son and i stayed here. It was fine and I'm glad i supposedly got a discount. It wasnt as clean as it could've been. I cleaned better than the cleaning people with spills, stains on counter and cabinets and unclean showers. The toilets and sinks were clean. Wifi was terrible. I had to use my hotspot for a virtual meeting. There was no washer and dryer, as listed. And the power went out two days during my 3night stay. When i messaged the property owner, i got no response. Location is on a main road and convenient to my son's school, which is why we stayed here. I've stayed a few blocks away and had no problems in the neighborhood. I know new orleans, so it was fine, even if it looks sketch. There was parking in front of the building. I'd stay here again, only if it was really cheap and i didnt plan on being there much. God spot to lay your head, after you clean it.

I took my 2 17 year old granddaughters on New Orleans vacation to site see, eat good food and take a couple of hands on cooking classes. We were very happy with the condo. It was very clean. Everyone had their own bedroom. It was shot gun style and we loved it. All but one night we had easy parking in front of condo. It was a easy commute to downtown New Orleans by car.

When we arrived, the code was changed on the door. Had to contact owner to get new code. That was OK - they had a situation with the last tenant, and as a host I understood. The property was super overpriced and was not accurately represented by the photos. The televisions and two of the beds were fine. (two larger beds). One of the twin beds appeared to have blood all over the top of the boxspring. The place was also dirty. The bathrooms and the kitchen were dusty and gross and I didn't even take a shower because of the shape the back bathtub was in. I noticed that the place was taken off VRBO allegedly right before we checked in, so even surprised to be asked to review. This place felt super shady.
