Stylish Ballard Studio 15 Mins from Space Needle

We loved staying in this very cozy and stylish studio. The beautiful, warm colors and details make you feel right at home. The place is very clean and comfortable. Bed and shower are great and you have everything you need for your stay. Location was very good for our purposes of visiting friends in Ballard and in a nice and walkable neighborhood. It is a great value and accommodations are perfect for 1 or 2 people. We will definitely return!

Everything was just as described, nice place and very convenient. It is on the ground floor right in 15th street so can get noisy, but I had no issues sleeping but a light sleeper might. Host does provide ear plugs and eye mask if you need them!

Spotless and nicely appointed. Easy entry process. Parking no problem. On a main road so bring your earplugs.

Great place for a stay if you’ll be exploring Seattle. Easy transportation by bus to many areas. Not far from Grocery and Wild Mountain Cafe. Tidy space with an urban feel.

This is truly an extraordinary property. It is decorated beautifully. Bed is super comfortable, towels first class. TV had free Netflix which I wasn't expecting. It is on a busy street, but the white noise machine cancelled the traffic out. I can't recommend this highly enough.

Property was lovely and all amenities were perfect. . . even down to the earplugs and eye masks for a good nights sleep!

This location worked out very well, the apartment was clean, and had everything I needed.

The studio is cute, clean and lots of natural light. Host was very communicative. We went to Seattle to celebrate our daughter’s graduation! The space was great for the 3 of us! I would recommend staying here for a party of 3, but no more than that.I would come back here.

nice little place… street parking was easy right out front…. convenient to Ballard and downtown… a little loud as it sits right on a busy street…. checkin was difficult with the key pad on the front door but the host did provide an emergency key in a lock box

A very well appointed unit in a vibrant, walkable Seattle neighborhood with excellent transit connections.The cleanliness and decor are on par with luxury hotel accommodations.The convenient placement of high-end toiletries, dishes and utensils make for a perfect use of the modern kitchenette.

This was a great place for me and my daughter to stay while visiting Seattle. Close to shopping and attractions. Place was clean and perfect size for the 2 of us. Parking was easy and host was very responsive to questions we had prior to our visit. Definitely will stay here again when we come back for another visit.

Hard to sleep with so much traffic noise and street light. People upstairs stomped like elephants!

No body wash in shower. Everything else was as expected.

The studio is well appointed and very convenient to public transportation. The host was easy to contact via the VBRO app. There are shops and some restaurants within walking distance. We love the Ballard neighborhood!

The place was cute, cozy, and comfortable, but a few things to note. There’s no kitchen sink, so you’ll need to rinse dishes or your coffee mug in the bathroom sink. The studio is very small (the photos make it appear larger), and the front door opens directly onto the sidewalk of a busy street. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not the spot, traffic noise goes late into the night. The host did provide earplugs and a sound machine, which helps, but the listing didn’t mention just how loud the location is. While the space itself is nicely set up, I wouldn’t stay here again due to the noise and lack of privacy from the street.

A well-appointed studio, excellently managed, with prompt responses to any questions. The only drawback is the traffic noise (hence one star off) — but that’s the price you pay for such a convenient location.

This was our first time staying in a VRBO. We were delighted with the ease of the entire process. We were visiting our son that lives in Ballard so was easy to connect with him. We enjoyed our stay in this small but well-appointed apartment. Although it does not have a full kitchen, it worked well for out needs. We would not hesitate to return next time we come to Seattle to visit family.

Communication was awesome-very responsive hosts.The studio was well sized and very clean, with one exception that a towel had what looked like old makeup stains on them (hence the sign to please not wipe off on towels)Accessing the studio was challenging, even with all the detailed keypad directions, so was very appreciative that they had keys as a backup. Thank you The reason I rated location less stars, and this is my fault for not knowing the area, is that it was on a very busy street. So if you’re a light sleeper like I am it was hard to sleep even with earplugs.

The place was great! Super cute, Clean, very nice. The only thing was the code was so confusing we had no idea what was going on. I’ve never seen a door code like that before, but luckily they had a key to use instead. The host always answered my messages fast which was nice. Very good place to stay and close to town. Recommend booking here.

I was in Seattle for the Taylor Swift concert (in Vancouver). I asked the host if there was any way to get into the unit earlier because I made a mistake and didn’t realize check in was at 4 and they helped me. I also had to leave my trip early and I had no problems.

We were in town for a family wedding in Ballard. This location was perfect for easy access to all venues, family homes, shopping, and tasty eateries. A walkable bakery down the hill and a nice neighborhood to explore on foot once off the Main Street. Well equipped, calm interior, and even the second bed turned out to be a comfortable pull out. Perfect for our stay

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very good at communicating with us and check in and check out was very easy. Very clean and organized home.
