Stylish Apartment Near Downtown Fargo & Sanford Hub

The apartment is really quaint. It is the lower back part of a house. You can hear people walking upstars as the house is older and the floors squeak. The kitchen has full refridgerator, stove/oven, apartment sized microwave. We ate out so didn't use it. The two bedrooms and bathroom are very nice. Beds are comfortable. You may want to bring an extra towel - three were supplied to use. The living room is cute, just as the picture shows. It has one two-person couch and a coffee table. There is not a table and chairs, so eating takes place sitting on the couch. Also currently, June 2026, there is road construction in front of the house. Bring earplugs or plan to be awaken at 7am by jackhammers. This has nothng to do with property and owners - they have no control, it is just a heads-up should anyone be staying during summer.

This host went above and beyond whenever they could. I cannot speak higher of this place and specifically the owner.

We stayed for two days and all was very nice. Accurate with description and easy to check in and out. Property was clean and nicely renovated. Was a great choice.

The apartment was very clean. There was one available private parking spot and street parking was also readily available.

PROS: this unit was very clean and convenient to both Fargo downtown and Moorhead (5 minutes away), CONS: be aware that it is SMALL - fine for two people, or maybe young family with small kids, but would feel cramped for 3 or more adults. There's no dining table, so you have to get creative with the couch and end-tables in the photo. Nonetheless, a good value, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay for a winter visit to Fargo for a wedding! Kiddo & I had shared and individual space, and the location was very convenient for downtown and the various wedding-related locations. The dedicated parking was easy to find and the parking & walkways were well-maintained through a couple rounds of snow. It was negative temps during much of our stay, and the baseboard heating struggled a bit to keep up with the cold, but there were plenty of warm blankets to add when needed! We would certainly stay here again if something brings us back to the area!

Super comfortable and clean space. I appreciated that the owners were in contact to make sure we had what we needed. I will definitely reserve again when I travel to Fargo.

This was a perfect place for me and my son to stay when I came up to watch his first college football game. I had my own room and he had his own room for the weekend and it was perfect for us. Super clean and a great location. The host responded to a couple questions I had immediately. We will stay here again when I come and visit him

The apartment was very clean. The host was responsive and quick to address and questions. The place was close to NDSU and the airport which was perfect for us, and it was walkable to all the restaurants and bars, which was very fun and convenient.

The property was good. Parking should have been hard surface. DO NOT forget anything because you will not get a truthful answer when you call about it.

Two very nice and comfortable bedrooms, full kitchen, full-sized bathroom, and a living room. I stayed two nights for the local marathon. The host was extremely accommodating, provided detailed instructions, free WiFi, and answered questions promptly. The biggest surprise was having access to free laundry facilities on-site, even the detergent and fabric softener were provided. If I am fortunate enough to come back to this gem of a city, I hope I am able to stay here again.

There were a couple minor hiccups, but the host addressed them effectively and promptly. Quality communication is always appreciated.

We had a great 3 days for NDSU graduation. The condo was just perfect for the two of us. It is comfortable, clean, and the price was reasonable. The hosts were so accommodating and great communicators. Thank you for a nice stay!
