    Very quaint clean property. Close to the Interlaken west train station. It did have 3 sets of stairs to climb up but our host was able to help us activate the elevator on our way back

    The apartment is just steps away from the West train station. Apartment was very clean and spacious. We stayed in a larger apartment last year on a lower floor. The top floor apartment was very comfortable for our group of 4. The lift makes it easy to bring luggage to room. Migro grocery store is just 2 minutes away by walking. Our family loves the apartments in the building. Juliet, the host, always responds and is fantastic to work with. We will definitely use this apartment for future stays.

    Very convenient accommodation in Interlaken with easy car parking and lift access. The place was spotless and well-maintained, but there was a slight stale smoke smell that stuck to our clothes. Overall, a comfortable, practical stay, and we would book again!

    We had a great time at this property. Closer to train station, bus station and shops and restaurants.. It was easy to find and checking in.. Juliet was a great host and we had all information required for my family to have a safe and fun vacation.

    Clean, modern, roomy and super convenient to Interlaken. We walked to town and many activities daily. Parking was convenient too - which we used for our van. We would stay here again for sure!

    We would happily stay here again...5 stars! Here are just a few observations: APARTMENT/APPLICANCES The property was spotless & included all amenities you could hope for (hair dryer, iron, etc.). The kitchen was also nicely stocked (sugar, coffee, spices, cooking oil, etc.). We we really appreciated the elevator since we stayed on the 4th floor & were traveling with a lot of luggage. Everything just worked. The washer/dryer combo device was a little small for our family of four but it did the job. The AC was powerful/quiet & at night, my teenagers appreciated the TV equipped with Netflix. LOCATION The property is literally a two minute walk to the train station. Another convenience is the grocery store/bakery across the street. In terms of location to restaurants/shops, the property is on the outer edge of this area's activity. A 10-15 minute walk (or use of the easily navigatable public transportation system) was all it took to get where we wanted to go. TRAIN STATION The property is right next to train tracks but DO NOT LET THAT STOP YOU from renting it. We were there four nights & never heard noise unless the windows were open. There was even loud construction next door but despite the constant jack-hammer being used, we never heard a peep…not once. CUSTOMER SERVICE All inquiries/questions were answered quickly by the propery manager, Juliet (she was a pleasure to work with). A very nice touch was finding a gift of chocolate in the refrigerator when we arrived.
