Stayed Aug 17, 2025We loved our stay at Sam's place. The home comes with all the charm you would expect from an older home and the wood details are beautiful. I don't cook on vacations but the kitchen has everything you would need if you do. It is within walking distance of multiple museums and a quick drive to other museums and attractuons. It was also very easy to get to Niagara Falls.

Stayed Jul 28, 2025This is a great place to stay if you are in the Buffalo area. The house is lovely, very clean, spacious, and well appointed. It’s centrally located and very easy to get to a lot of attractions in Buffalo. The hosts are very easy to reach and helpful.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Wonderful property. We felt comfortable and at home while we visited family in the area and toured some of Buffalo/Niagara sights. Wegmans close by for groceries and a great kitchen. Very comfortable and it was bonus to get a bit of laundry done. We loved our stay. Sam was very hospitable. Thank you!
