Stylish 2 Bdr Apt with Balcony by Pantheon & Forum

Multiple issues. First, they promised two BEDrooms, but one of the rooms was super small (see image for reference). Second, there was a hot water issue. Most of the time, the hot water was not working, and it took a few hours to make it work. Third, some of the photos provided do not match the actual place. The photos are outdated. Finally, I found bed bug. See attached image. All towels weren’t properly clean.P.S. asking VRBO for half refund.

Excellent in many ways: great location, well equipt kitchen, spacious, cleanNegatives: mostly freezing in early December, indifferent hot water, so you got inly 2 quick hot showers, or 1 bath. Then it ran out!

I took my 82-year-old aunt for a dream week and our stay was so memorable. Dasha's communication was so helpful. Like all foreign travel - especially with a super senior - there's always going to be special needs and ALL were addressed. I am looking forward to bringing my wife out to the EXACT SAME SPOT (hopefully in the Spring)!

Wonderful very large apartment in the centre of Rome. Walking distance from most attractions, including the coliseum. Great kitchen, including all the amenities. Located in a cozy square with great restaurants literally steps away. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Location was excellent - front door did not work well, three flights up but service assistance from the team was very well handled. Unfortunately, I had two elderly women with me and the stairs became a major problem.

An ideal introduction to Rome.

Terrific location and very clean (though one major cleaning would be a plus - behind/under cushions, empty out old products like the sugar etc.) and comfortable except for the single bed - the mattress is not usable. It sags too much to sleep on it. Communication is difficult not with the specific person who represents the lessor company, but with the lessor themselves (Wonder Where to Stay). Kitchen is large and well-functioning. Also, the balcony is too small to use, with HVAC units to the left. It is good place to stay - just need to describe a few things that may be challenging for some.

Great location and nice apartment. I loved the small outdoor space off the bedroom. The only negative was the upstairs owner has a dog the barked constantly.

The apartment is convenient for all conceivable sites to explore. The unit is rustic and charming in it own way including 2 bathrooms. If there is an issue with the apartment is the picture featuring the balcony is not accurate. The a/c units are located on the balcony seriously constricting the available area for sitting. The second issue we noted was the usage of the courtyard by a neighbourhood restaurant. The staff dumped their garabage nightly after the restaurant closed in the wee hours of the night. The courtyard also serves as an area for parties catered by the restaurant into the wee hours. Enjoyed of stay and appreciate the professionalism and efficient of the staff.

Wonderful apartment. Very comfortable. Great location Three story walk up provided plenty of exercise.
