The check-in procedure was difficult. Check-in time was 4pm but the space was clean and empty at noon but they refused to allow us to enter. We had to sit in the parking lot. Parking in the public garage next to the building was dangerous and costly. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower. The coffee machine was an espresso machine which was terrible. There was no standard coffee machine. The building had a strong marijuana smell most of the time. Bathroom counter space was non-existent. We had to use the ironing board to set our toiletries on. I recommend staying at a regular hotel instead of this property.

The Building was very nice, many amenities, and was very well secured, only residents and guests have access to the building! The apartment was very nicely decorated and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. The living room furniture, although very aesthetically pleasing was not made for comfort, which was a bit disapointing since it's the only room with a television and place to relax. The bed was comfortable however and we slept well. The view of the city was beautiful and it was quiet! It's very spacious and definitely better for a longer stay than a hotel! The kitchen was both visually beautiful and well equipped! we especially appreciated the little person touches(robes, mints) Our host was extremely prompt, personable and efficient, all of our questions were answered and we had everything we needed. The host was absolutely amazing and we greatly appreciated that! The only thing we did not anticipate and did not care for, was the lack of parking onsite. If you are not a resident you will be towed. You are only able to load and unload your things and then you must either park on the street (only certain times permitted) or park in the parking garage next door which charges per hour/per day rates. We spent an extra 80 in parking for the 4 day 3 night stay, that we were not aware of. The public parking structure seemed to be a rest area/toilet for the homeless, it reeked of urine and cigarettes. Very unpleasant to walk through to get to the VRBO.

The property was fantastic. The apartment was immaculate with all the necessities necessary for a three day stay. The property manager was prompt and polite. Food and entertainment is literally a one minute walk away. The neighborhood is interesting although there are some characters walking around. I would highly recommend this property and will book again when I come back.

The bathroom and bedroom wasn’t as clean it could’ve been. Also the bed feels like it’s been slept in a good bit, I’m not one to complain.
