Welcome to our one-bedroom apartment on the famous Boulevard de La Croisette, located on the 7th floor with stunning sea views.
This apartment is a great choice for solo travellers, couples or business travellers attending events like MIPIM, LIONS, or the Cannes Film Festival. A comfortable and convenient base in the heart of Cannes.

The apartment features a bathroom with a shower and a separate guest toilet for your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room opensonto a balcony overlooking the sea and beach.

Please share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00 until 21.00. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee from 21.00 until 23.00 - 30 EUR, after 23.00 - 50 EUR.

Please respect our apartment and neighbours and keep the noise down between 22:00 and 08:00. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund and security deposit will be charged.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

- An inventory of all items in the apartment and their condition is checked following the departure of each guest. If items are recorded as missing or damaged following your stay, the booking guest will be held responsible and the replacement or repair cost will be required.
