Another lovely week’s stay in Broadstairs at Hazel’s flat. Fantastic location with breathtaking views. Flat is spacious, clean and tidy with comfy beds and everything you need for a perfect relaxing stay. Thanks, we can’t wait to come back!

Really great place if you are looking for a super central location and great views. Very spacious and clean. Quite a few steps up and down to access so might not work for everyone. But we really enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed here before and love this property. It really is the perfect location for a stay in Broadstairs. So close to the beach and other amenities, and what a view!The facilities have an interesting retro vibe (1970s) which we love, but unfortunately on this visit we found a few things that needed some attention. The front of a drawer in a bedside table came off and needed pushing back on, as did part of a small side table (probably just needs some new wood glue!) The large coffee table in the sitting room is a bit wobbly now too, and a footstool there had a staple sticking out) That being said, the facilities were clean and there was everything we needed, including plenty of things to amuse our 6 year old granddaughter when she wasn't enjoying herself on the beach. We will definitely stay here again, and would recommend to others.

Another wonderful stay at Jetty View. We take our grandchildren every year now. Super clean, comfy beds and amazing view - it must be the best for people watching in Broadstairs! Thank you Hazel for letting us share your childhood home. So relaxing!

We have made many visits to Broadstairs but this was the first time we've rented self-catering accommodation which was a great success. The flat is in an ideal location close to to amenities and the sea front. There are stunning views from living and dining rooms. The flat is spacious and comfortable. Access is a bit quirky and not for anyone with mobility problems. The local contact, Tye, was very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

We love this appartment, it’s luminous, spacious stylish with some parts of the interior from the seventies. Furthermore direct view to the sea. Very well equiped, everything one needs. Hazel is wonderful, very quick responses and uncomplicted support when needed.

Back for a third time to this wonderful apartment overlooking Viking Bay. You could sit all day gazing at the amazing views from the lounge listening to the waves, seagulls and gentle chatter of folk strolling by below. The children sat for hours with binoculars looking at the boats, paddle boarders and swimmers in the sea. So relaxing. A magical place. We love the quirkiness and layout. Everything you could need here - spacious and clean accommodation, bags of hot water for showers, comfy beds - home from home. Great communication with manager - quick response and really helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I stayed in the flat for a weekend in June on our first visit to Kent. The flat was exactly as promised. It was lovely and super close to everything with a beautiful view of the water. The host was easy to reach and super helpful which was important to us because we were visiting from out of the country. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.

The location is really great, as well as the view over Viking Bay. The lounge is the best place in the flat. Beds are good, one bathroom is newly renovated, the rest of the furniture is a little bit dated. The cutlery and other parts of the kitchen equipment are a mixed bag, but still all that is needed is there. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
