Stunning River View Condo - Walk to Downtown - Rooftop Patio

This is one of my favorites so far. Excellent location. Close to enough to be able to walk to comfortably to all the downtown Nashville tourist attractions but far enough away from the chaos when you’re ready to relax.I’m so glad I chose this condo for my overnight stay. It went well beyond expectations. Roomy, clean, comfortable, quiet and immaculately furnished. There was no need left unattended. Oh yeah, the two separate level outdoor patios. One on the rooftop overlooking the Cumberland river, large enough to host a small dinner party and a lower one off the main living area where I enjoyed my morning coffee quietly while watching a beautiful sunrise. Thank you for a wonderful overnight stay. I tried to extend another day but it had already been previously booked. I HIGHLY recommend!

The place was great for our family, had everything we needed and close enough to Broadway.

Really enjoyed our stay! Clean condo with all amenities. Beds are incredibly comfortable and pillows are soft! Rooftop patio a huge plus!We will plan our next stay here!

Our host was amazing! She was able to get us an early check in, which we appreciated very much. The condo was clean and inviting. We loved the views from both patios. Loved the location, a little off the main roads which made it very quiet & peaceful, but also easily accessible for Uber rides, pickup/drop offs. Location was also within walking distance to several restaurants and points of interest. We highly recommend this condo & would definitely stay here again!

Great location, beautiful patio to sit and relax with friends and comfortable beds. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. Everything was very clean and it was great to wake up and have coffee available to brew. We enjoyed our stay!

Great condo for two couples. Beds comfortably, plenty sitting space for everyone in living room. unfortunately due to weather we were unable to enjoy patios. Nice walk to Broadway down hill. Felt safe to walk anytime. One suggestion if you plan to cook check what is and isn’t available before you go shopping. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Nashville, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy some quiet time but easy to walk or get a cheap Uber ride. Communicate was excellent. Had an initial issue with security keypad. But once we figured it out we were good. Thank you for the stay.

Beautiful condo with spectacular views

Everything was easy from beginning to end. Great location - we drove, walked and used Uber without any issues. Condo had everything we needed! Beds were comfortable, noise levels basically non-existent, didn’t even notice the train after a couple hours! Would stay again for sure!

Excellent accommodations, rooftop patio was an added bonus.

Great property! Perfect for the amount of people we had. Safe clean area as well.. only downside was wasnt anuff blankets for everyone..literally everything else was great.. great hosts quick responses when needed highly recommend staying with these guys as i will probably do so again.

4 of us stayed for 4 nights to see a concert and spend a few days in Nashville. Plenty of room for 4 adults in a beautiful space.

We stayed here to celebrate a milestone birthday for my wife and college graduation for our daughters, and the condo is gorgeous.The views are amazing and the rooftop patio is an added plus. It's close enough to everything and quiet at the end of a long day/ night on Broadway. We walked during the day but chose to uber at night. Would definitely stay here again!

We came in from MS for the night to watch the cosmic baseball game and really wanted somewhere walkable to make it easier when we got in. We had all the information before we got there, and the hosts made sure to check that everything was going well so far (even though we didn't realize because we got in right before the game started). It was nice being able to park once for the whole stay and walk just a few blocks to the stadium. The condo was clean and exactly as described. It's beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable to sleep in, and we really appreciated the availability of the coffee maker and coffee even though we ended up not needing to use it because we decided to go out for breakfast before we departed in the morning. Would 100% book again!

We loved staying at this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved that there was covered parking included. Short Lyft drive to Broadway. We also loved sitting on the two patios and watching the river flow by. Would highly recommend staying here

Very nice place! Easy walk to the stadium and downtown! There are nice restaurants, bars, a minor league baseball stadium and Musicians Hall of Fame very close!

Beautiful apartment, walking distance to broadway and cheap uber to printers alley. The train was not an issue for us while the location and river were an added enjoyment. Easy in and out with secure parking.

Great place to stay. Maybe a 15 minute walk to Broadway St. Train was a little annoying during the day while on the deck but was tolerable. Overall would stay again.

Two couples traveled to Nashville for a long weekend. The condo was wonderful - plenty of space for everyone and it was stocked with all the necessities (soap, laundry detergent, etc).We loved the balcony, the view of the river and hearing the trains come through.We'd definitely stay here again.

This was a great location. The walk to Broadway was short and there were plenty of Ubers around if you needed them. Property was well maintained and clean. Having the second bedroom upstairs with a second bathroom was ideal for space and privacy. Would definitely stay again!

First and foremost the communication on this rental was amazing. The property manager checked in several times and when I messaged her I received a quick response. The condo was clean and comfortable. Beds were awesome as stated in past reviews. Had everything that we needed. We personally loved the location. Was it in a industrious area, yes. Were there trains yes, but neither was a deal breaker. I personally feel the location being away from the chaos of downtown was perfect. We were always able to get home quickly after a night of fun and it didn't take us long to get into the heart of downtown. Had a problem with the latch system they used, as did everyone else in the building. But it was my first time using that system. But once the manager explained it a little better , it was easily to access. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We loved everything about this property. We woke up every morning to run and there was a great river trail that went right by the condo. We were able to walk almost everywhere we went in Nashville from this property. It was a quick walk to Broadway, which is where we spent a lot of time, but from there we also walked to the Gulch neighborhod. Our friends easily navigated the scooters and the bus routes which were also close to the condo. There is a train that goes by the condo, but it did not disrupt our sleep. The condo was clean and well maintained. It was easy to reach out to the host if a question arose. I highly recommend this condo!

The location of the condo was just perfect...a short walk to all of the action on Broadway and Printer's Alley or a quick Uber/Lyft. The condo was clean and modern with 2 (!) decks overlooking the river. We could hear the trains at night but had a sound machine available if it bothered us. Great stay and we will come here again!

The pool is much smaller than expected. Nice home great location.

We were a group of single ladies that had never experienced Nashville. While looking for a rental, we wanted something that felt safe and secure, clean, comfortable, with a great view being optional. The condo checked off all of the boxes, and more. Never once did we feel unsafe, and our host was always in communication with us. In fact the beds are so comfortable, that I accidentally slept for 10 hours one night, and we left wanting to know the brand of the mattresses. When we departed, we unanimously agreed that if ever in Nashville again, we will book here Avon.

Condo was nicely appointed and comfortable. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Location was very disappointing. Listing said there was construction which was true. However the immediate surrounding area was sketchy. First Uber driver told us not to walk to Broadway because of the local population. Excellent location for downtown activities!! We were in town to attend Ringo Star at the Ryman.The views don’t disappoint!!! Lovely layout and beautiful decor. Lots of room. Host was very attentive.We would definitely stay there again!!!!

I stayed with my husband and my two sons for three nights, including New Year’s Eve and we had an amazing time. We took Ubers and Lyft down to Broadway or to restaurants as well as to the concert and we never spent more than eight dollars for those trip trips. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the faint whistles from boats passing by on the river, the clack of the train crossing the bridge, the Dolly Parton image, and the lighted rooftop patio. This place was fantastic!

This is a beautiful condo with great views of the river and city. The location is not really walkable to Broadway unless you don’t mind a bit of a hike. Also lots of construction in the area so it’s definitely not safe to walk at night. The train tracks also are very close so if you are a light sleeper, make note of that. In a couple years, I am sure this area will be wonderful. We wished it had been more “in the thick of things”. Overall, a nice visit. If you want to watch TV, bring your own logins bc otherwise it’s overly complicated. The hosts were responsive and we did get to check in early which was nice. Assigned parking spot is very small so don’t drive a large truck bc it won’t fit! If you simply want a nice place with pretty views, great choice. If you want to easily access Broadway by walking, this might not be your place.

We had a girls weekend in Nashville and stayed in this wonderful condo. The beds were so comfortable and the space was perfect. After the craziness of Broadway, it was so nice to come back to a peaceful place. Communication was great when we *thought* we had an issue.

Perfect condo for two couples. Full bathroom for each bedroom. Unit was very clean. Great view of river from living room and one of the bedrooms. Easy walk to broadway or germantown restaurants. Great stay overall!

Loved the modern decor. Located on the river where you could hear the train and see the tugboats passing by. The place was clean and set up nicely. Very well located to downtown and Broadway. Had a great time. Would stay here again.

Great private roof deck, comfortable beds, girls weekend with 6 adults. Responsive host checked in with us during stay. 10 min walk from broadway or $5 Uber ride. Active freight line close by but noise machines available for light sleeper but it’s Nashville so just drink enough and you won’t hear it.

This unit was in a very central location, we especially loved the views over the river and bridges. The trains were frequent but in my mind added to the flavour of the experience. The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The balconies were a great additional feature which we fully enjoyed, no view from the top one but super from the one leading from the dining room. Thank you for sharing your home.

This place is perfect for 2 couples. Location is awesome. Very quiet. The rooftop patio is awesome for drinks and cards to get away from Broadway for a night. Usually some scooters parked downstairs and a nice trail to get down to the end of broadway. Tailgate brewery a nice short walk away.

Unit was excellent - clean and modern. Host was very prompt to respond to any questions. Location is not far from a freight train track but nothing can be done about that. It was also easy to use the free enclosed parking space too.

Super clean property, easy communication and check in. Walkable to downtown and has great outdoor spaces. We enjoyed watching the bridge open and close for the tug boats and seeing the train pass over the river. Great spot for 2 couples with easy access to all the fun that Nashville has in store!

We stayed for a four-day weekend. We were two couples. It was a great location just a 15 minute walk to the strip or a seven minute scooter ride or a five minute Uber. We felt safe and the house and patios were something out of a magazine.

We had a great time. This Condo is gorgeous. Great location, comfy beds. Needs a fan upstairs got hot overnight. Hard to access the code system but other than that I would love to stay here again.

The location is on The river. This is an area of town that is growing. It was an Imdustrial atea that is being brought back to life. The room is just as advertised! Spacious bwdrooms with ample closet space, great common areas, games in the cabinet, unbeatable rooftop space. Would stay here again for sure. The walk is close enough but uber/lyft is quicker amd cheap getting to the honky tonks. Also I recommend the Germantown Cafe. Saturday brunch was unbelievable. We then enjoyed the Nelson distillery.

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend in Nashville. Accommodations were very clean and beautiful.

Everything was exactly as described. Clean. Stylish. Modern. The only thing is the location is very isolated, not very near anything. It’s over a quarter mile to get to anything. Would stay here again. Beautiful river view

This property was one of the premier VRBO properties we’ve visited from the location to the gorgeous condo and to our hosts’ attentive care. We really felt like we were in our own home. Cannot wait to go back.
