Stayed Oct 20, 2025An excellent locatio, close to all amenities. Kitchen was well kitted out but furnishings were a little dated. Nevertheless the whole experience was exactly what we wanted!

Stayed May 29, 2024Everything was good. 2 bedrooms to sleep 4 comfortably. Big livimg area and fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful view of the shore and easy walking distance to dining, pubs and shopping. I would stay there again.

The apartment is warm and comfortable with lots of storage for clothes and a good sized and well equipped kitchen. All instructions for use and recommendations were very clear. Stayed May 29, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lorraine's flat. When we weren't out and about (and getting blown off the golf course by 30 mph winds!) we watched the gannets diving for food just off shore, and the shipping traffic back and forth from Edinburgh. The view of Bass Rock is outstanding.The flat is compact, but it had everything we needed. Besides the Beachfront location, its also an easy walk into town for restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again if we come back to North Berwick

Stayed Sep 30, 2024Lovely, compact apartment with an absolutely stunning beach view - the photos on the site do not do it justice. Good sized rooms with a refurbished shower room complete with underfloor heating. (The whole apartment was very warm).Fantastic location for beaches, town and harbour. North Berwick is a jewel to visit.

Stayed May 19, 2024The property was very comfortable, and everything worked. The fan in the bathroom was a little alarming as it was very loud but efficient. I had a wheelie walker and found it was best to exit the house backwards when leaving. Another safety rail on the wall opposite the step in the shower would have been helpful but not essential. All in all we had a wonderful time.
