Stayed Apr 4, 2026What a fantastic condo with unbelievable view! Unit is very clean, stocked and ready to enjoy. The view on the balcony is fantastic-sit and drink morning coffee and watch the dolphins swim by. The host has great communication. We hope to be back!

Stayed Aug 2, 2025The property is beautiful, and the views of the Gulf from the balcony cannot be beat! Stunning is an understatement! Miguel and Dave, the local manager, were a pleasure to work with. They were both very responsive to any and all questions we had. The location of the condo is fabulous! It seems to be in a quieter, less busy area so the beach almost seemed private. The trolly stop is conveniently located in front of the complex, and is super easy to take anywhere we wanted to go along Gulf Blvd. We would absolutely stay in this unit again. Stayed Jul 12, 2025The condo was in the perfect location and was very clean. The kitchen had all we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing we would have liked was ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Stayed May 22, 2025My family of 4 had a great time here. The view was just as expected with beautiful views of the ocean and a great place to watch the sunset. The place was clean, had plenty of beach chairs and sand toys to take down with you for the day. My daughter found lots of sand dollars and tons of neat shells. The pool was nice also. They have luggage racks and grocery carts to help load everything in one trip. The host answered all of my questions in a timely manner. If we return to this location we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025This was a great vacation and beautiful area to be at, right on the beach and great frontal views of the Gulf of America . Our apartment was very nice and equally clean, spent 10 days and had a great time, see you again!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025We enjoyed our stay. Condo manager went above and beyond to help me with a mailing. Beautiful sunsets every night. Everything was clean and stuff was stocked well. The whistling of the broken window is annoying but they are fixing that and the sliding doors soon.

Stayed Feb 26, 20252nd year staying at Sandcastle 1. Great views and nice location. Great having beach chairs and beach wagon available.I ndian shores area starting to get going again. See you next year
