PLEASE NOTE: To ensure every ones safety the building requires a thorough registration process and unfortunately we are unable to accept same day bookings. ALL guests over 18 will need to submit a clear photo of a Government issued ID at least 24 hours before check-in. NO unapproved guests will be permitted in the building. Our doorman will verify all guest ID’s upon check-in. Please make sure to send us all ID’s in a timely manner to make sure this process is swift and easy on the day of your arrival. Please no unapproved visitors. We will need IDs of everyone coming even if they are not overnight guests or the building security will not let them on the premises. We do have 1 parking pass for your stay. A lost parking pass will result in a $250 fee as they are extremely hard to replace. Absolutely no filming or use of professional cameras, required by our HOA. PLEASE look up the location. We are on Broadway St. a main street in Downtown LA. Just like any metropolitan city, there is street noise in a bustling area filled with restaurants, hotels, and venues. Guests have access to shared amenities - rooftop pool, jacuzzi, bbq, gym We have a dedicated team and we are here if you need anything!
