The apartment is exactly as described. The location is fantastic, and the constant sea view is priceless. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, and the contact with Nino was always quick and easy. We can recommend the apartment by 100 %.

Brilliant location for exploring Newquay and surrounding areas. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 and the views from the living room and bedrooms are stunning! The apartment is fully equipped and secure parking is a bonus. Our host did a fantastic job of welcoming us and familiarising us with the apartment and local area. We had a fabulous holiday and would have loved to have stayed longer.

The apartment was really nice. Very clean and contemporary. View were stunning. Entrance to building left a lot to be desired and was in poor repair.. Newquay had some nice shoes but most of the town wasn't for us

The flat was beautiful. The decor really was amazing . But everything about it said “look but don’t touch .” You will have to pay for it!! The seating was terrible ! Not suitable for older visitors . Very low settees and chairs . Had to use cushions to build up height wherever I sat . I was never comfortable! Had to go into the bedroom to sit on the bed and watch the sea view ! Very disappointed! Cutlery needs replacing , very old and scratched.

Nice clean property with a wonderful view. The property is quiet at night. Located on a quieter bay and within walking distance of busier bays and the town. It has everything you need and the basement storage and showers are really useful after a day on the beach.

We enjoyed this bright and tastefully decorated apartment, particularly the fantastic views. Unfortunately the weather was not so good. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful light filled apartment, extremely clean, well equipped and tastefully styled. Great property manager really helps you understand the area, the history and is on hand should you need anything. Great recommendation sand the underground car car park is a real Bonus. All i can say is wow! This apartment was amazing, from the location, to the quality apartment, awesome private balacony and shared roof top terrace, I can't recommend this place enough! Not sure how I'll sleep without the sounds of the waves! Can't wait to rebook!

We spent ten days with our teenage daughers (17 and 18) in Bina's wonderful apartment. The short summary reads: everthing was perfect... we cannot think of anything that could be improved. Starting with the nice and helpful contact to the caretaker, the location and the stunning view from the living room and both bedrooms, the wonderful rooftop terrace to the extensive list of equipment and appliances. The entire apartment was very clean and tidy, the kitchen well equiped and the shelves stocked with books and board games. Beaches, shops, restaurants, and many local attractions within easy walking distance. We wholeheartedly recommend the place.
