Stayed Dec 26, 2024This is an old triplex building. As such, everything in the apartment is crooked and uneven - the stairs, floors, and walls. It is 5-below and garage sale appointed.It was clean - so clean the smell of pine sole was overwhelming for the entire stay. Plenty of towels. But bring your own pillows and blankets because what’s there is low quality.Good communication with manager.Neighborhood is low-income. Police activity kept us awake at night. The surrounding streets had thrown trash.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment has everything you need. The queen bed and king bed are very comfortable, the twins not so much.The AC is very loud, especially at night. The kitchen is not very usable if you want to cook. Everything in stiky and could need a good cleaning.We stayed in this apartment for 4 days not knowing the area that I could not recommend. Coming back at night was a little frightening as taking a walk to the nearest Dunkin for coffee !

Stayed Jan 11, 2024Cozy apartment - clean and had all the essentials. Bedrooms were comfortable. Nice kitchen table area with good natural light from windows. Apartment in a residential area that was well kept and quiet. Two convenient parking spaces in driveway. No street parking outside apartment. Property contact with Evolve was very helpful and prompt in responding. She arranged an early check in for us which was quite convenient! Narrow steep stairs leading to 2nd floor apartment. Not a problem for us but a consideration if you have a problem climbing stairs.

Stayed Dec 7, 2023We stayed at this place based on the online listing. It was perfect for our stay this weekend. Yes, the stairs to the upper apartment is a little steep, but the place was immaculately clean and a nice surprise. The venue has character as one would expect in an older built, but everything worked as advertised, the owner was extremely responsive and pleasant, and we didn't have any complaints. Beds were great, bedding like new, appliances worked well and were clean, and shower and water were awesome. Well equipped and no issues. It is near downtown Brockton, which also has character and pleasantly has several local eateries to give a try. Would stay again.

Stayed Oct 12, 2023Accommodations were fine. Area was remote and dark and we did not feel particularly safe in the neighbourhood. Very loud street noise. We expected better access to public transit but we ended up driving to Boston each day. We made it work, but overall, we were not thrilled with this property. The Evolve people who we dealt with on setting up the stay were fantastic! Super service!

Stayed Sep 2, 2022This stay was perfect for my group of 6 to stay at! It was a very manageable drive into downtown Boston and the town the stay was at was very quiet and calm. I would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was a very charming property in Brockton, about 30 minutes south of Boston when the traffic flow is smooth. This apartment was on the second floor with a narrow staircase to access, but all the amenities that we might have needed were there. It was a super hot few days in Boston, but the separate ac units in each room kept things cool though it did add to the noise level in the house. Our hosts were extremely responsive to any texts or emails, providing some good suggestions when asked, which was greatly appreciated!!!
