Stunning Beach Pad in Heart of Town - 2blks to Beach

A very quick walk to the ocean, restaurants and bars. Very nice property.

What a beautiful escape! Our family rented two nearby units so that we could come together for a birthday celebration. Our adult daughter and her boyfriend resided in this unit which was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and perfectly sized for their needs which involved some remote work. Communication with Bic was always pleasant and helpful. The location adjacent to so many Riviera Village restaurants and shops was delightfully walkable. We highly recommend this unit and host!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfortable, and the home was equipped with everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, beach bikes, and beach towels. We loved the convenience of being within walking distance to nearby coffee shops and the beach. Parking was simple and hassle-free on the street. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

We were looking for a quiet one bedroom beach getaway. We enjoy having an apartment with the full kitchen close to the beach. This unit fit all of our needs and even more. We loved having the beach wagon with beach chairs, and beach umbrellas for our use!

Our four night stay was very enjoyable. The flat is an easy two blocks walk from a great beach, and a six minute walk to a commercial/dining area of town. The flat is well maintained, very clean and well-stocked with kitchen appliances and cooking utensils, bathroom and linen and cleaning supplies. A/C worked well. We certainly recommend this property and would definitely return ourselves.

Wonderful stay, equipped with everything you could possibly need! My family and I had a party on the beach (one block away) and I was even able to make a cake the all the wonderful baking tools! Definitely recommend and looking forward to coming back one day!

This one bedroom apartment is clean, well supplied, and located in a really good location. It is two blocks from the beach and a 5 minute walk to Riviera Village restaurants, bars and shopping. It is a one minute walk to Good Stuff restaurant and Riviera Mexican Grill. There is a small amount of road noise from Pacific Coast Highway (PCH), but it is very minor.

We were in town for a weekend concert festival and needed a spot close to the venue. The check in and checkout process was seamless, and, upon arrival, when I reached out to the management team with a question, they answered immediately and quickly provided a solution. The location was just down the way from the beach, neighborhood shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, and every detail had been considered. The kitchen and linen closet were stocked with all amenities in predictable locations. There is nothing we could have wanted that was not provided. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything about our stay was exceptional! The attention to detail was the best we’ve every experienced at a VRBO. The unit was furnished with everything you could possibly need, even down to a toothbrush! The location was perfect! Two blocks to the beach and two blocks to riviera restaurants. The unit was completely renovated! Check in was super easy! Will stay again!

Great location! Loved being able to walk a few blocks to the village or beach. Beautiful stylish and organized cottage. Just a few small suggestions...santizing wipes would be nice to have on hand, especially in the bathroom. And also kleenex would be nice. Treadfu noise nouse

2 blocks from the beach and a quick drive to visit with our family. The unit was great. I missed that it was an upstairs unit in the description and it was a bit slow moving for my mom to get up the stairs but she did and she enjoyed the stay along with myself. Lots of restaurants close by. The sofa was comfortable for 2 people to sleep on and the apartment had everything we needed

Loved the location and walkability

This is a great place to stay. This was our first time visiting California. The communication was great with the property management, they were always responsive even before our stay, they were very detailed about everything from check in to places to go and eat. This property was clean, comfortable and neat we could not have asked for more. Stepping out to the street you have a view of the water as stated it is a short walk to the beach and grocery store is a short walk as well. We really enjoyed ourselves so much we booked an extra day. We will definitely be back and hope to rent this property again.

Great place, great location and well appointed thank you

We had been traveling for 6 days already so the washer/dryer was especially welcomed and soap/fabric softener was provided! The kitchen is very well appointed and there’s great water pressure in the shower. It’s a bit of a hassle carrying suitcases up the steps and on-street parking was a pain. The location to Riviera and the beach are ideal. The exterior of the property is in bad repair but the interior is an oasis.

My husband and I enjoyed this lovely condo. It was stocked with everything you could think of. Check in/out process was the easiest I’ve experienced yet. You cannot beat the location, proximity to beach, shopping and wonderful restaurants.
