This apartment is located in Thevara which is absolutely central to the city in every direction (approx 20 minutes from Fort Kochi and 10 minutes to Ernakulam ) and has an incredible serene view of the Kochi backwaters. It is also 2 minutes to a main highway that is connected in every major direction you wish to go in Kerala.

The apartment is situated in a residential complex, very safe (very safe for solo travellers too) on the 11th floor , we have 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, AC's in everyroom , including the living room. There is a day bed that can be used to sleep on except there are no curtains in the living room so it can be a bit bright. ) TV is one room , balcony deck in 2 spaces over looking the water. We have a Bluetooth speaker for your music and a 45 inch TV in one room. Kitchen is furnished with a Microwave, toaster, water heater, cooking equipment, washing machine etc. If you enjoy cooking, you will be able to do so here.

Essentially we have tried to create a living space we would like to rent when we travel and I hope you can see and appreciate that in the details .
