Fantastic apartment next to the sea in the quietest area of Llanes with stunning views over the marina, next to the lighthouse, the beach of Puertu Chicu and within walking distance. Its location is difficult to improve. Perfect for couples, it can accommodate four people. It has a room with double bed, another with two beds, a bathroom, living room with fully equipped kitchen and garage.
The times of entry and exit can be modified if there are no other guests that day.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024Great property in central llanes. 5 mins walk to shops, restaurants, delicious bakeries and 7 mins walk to nearest beaches. Loads of other beaches within a 20 minute walk. Magnificent spots. The property itself was perfect in every way. Everything you could need. Also, has a lift, which was useful for kids and dragging luggage. 2 bedrooms, well furnished. Comfy beds. Perfect kitchen. Has everything you need, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The photos do not do it justice. It's really fab. Only one con, a smart t.v. would be handy for the wet days (of which there were Many!), to occupy kids! Overall, a 10/10 stay. A very responsive host.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025Our favorite stay in Spain. Perfect location, great views, lovely port village. A gem all around! Good place to base for visiting Picos de Europa. Host Geno was great. Great beach around the corner. Tight parking unless you have a mini!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024We really enjoyed our stay. The town is lovely, with excellent beaches. The apartment is in a great location, right by the harbour, but very quiet. It’s very clean with a great view, characterful furnishings and a comfortable bed. Early check in was really appreciated. Be aware there is no kettle or cooking basics like oil, salt and pepper etc and no welcome pack, but there is a Mini Mas and Carrefour a short walk away.

Stayed May 24, 2024We loved Llanes and we loved this apartment. It is spotlessly clean and has fantastic views over the harbour. It is tucked away in a quiet area but within walking distance of all amenities and some fantastic beaches. Easy access to Picos de Europa and nearby towns if you have a car.
