Stunning and walkable 1 Bdrm Near the North Berkeley Bart

Very comfortable and clean place to land for a few days. I could imagine staying here even longer. Make sure you confirm your arrival time with the host! Especially if you haven’t heard back from them. This was my first time using VRBO and I didn’t realize that check-in information is not automatically sent with the address.

A repeat stay for my wife and I at this lovely apartment. A very neat, clean space with a welcoming host who is very pleasant to deal with. Its location gives us a great walking and driving radius to all the things we need in Berkeley, from the shops and restaurants on Fourth St to the Monterey market. We look forward to another stay at this location.

Great space and location. Wonderful kitchen and living room and a small private order space. Although I did not use it the unit also had laundry. Host was very welcoming.

This is a delightful apartment that did not disappoint. Very clean and well appointed with clean linens and misc cleaning and paper products - plus updated kitchen, bath and furniture. It was a pleasure to stay here! The Landlord was readily available to make suggestions, too. Location is terrific - with a bagel shop, Target, CVS, Trader Joe’s and BART stop nearby….Make sure you visit the Berkeley Marina at sunset for a breathtaking view of the Golden Gate. Hopefully, we’ll return soon!

our stay was lovely, very clean and very quiet. We were only there a few days, but it was exactly what we needed to have a little place our own while my husband was out here working.

My boyfriend and I traveled for a music festival and felt right at home at this cozy place in Berkeley! It was very close to the North Berkeley bart station and not a far walk or bart ride to downtown. Very accessible and Nancy was a very lovely Vrbo host!Thanks again!

This clean, spacious 1 bedroom VRBO was located on a quiet residential street only a block away from University Ave. Nancy was gracious and responsive. Since our daughter lives nearby we’ll hope this place is available again next time we come to town!

This was our second time at this apartment and it is perfect for 2-3 people. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, the location is perfect. Definitely will stay here every time I visit Berkeley.

We stayed here while working remotely. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to work remotely and cook. The short walk to the North Berkeley BART also made it easy to get around without a car. Nancy was a great host, would definitely recommend this spot!

This is our second stay at this property. It is very well kept and has all the amenities one would need when going away on vacation. It is in a convenient location with an easy walk to the BART. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit!

This unit is very conveniently located in Berkeley. It is small but very comfortable and efficient. Also clean and well furnished. We stayed there for a weekend while visiting my daughter and her husband. The owner is responsive.The only small thing is that the address and check in process was not provided until the very last moment. I like to plan ahead and would of preferred all that 24-48 hours ahead of time.We would definitely recommend and we would stay again.

My husband and I appreciated the comfortable queen bed, with high quality sheets, the bathroom with big tub and great shower, thick towels a washer and dryer, a kitchen stocked with everything anyone could want from high end gas stove and fridge with freezer, blender, great toaster, other small appliances we did not use. Nancy, the owner was very ready to replace the TV so that the next visit we can use it. We enjoyed the easy walk to places for breakfast and quiet neighborhood.

The place was absolutely lovely. Extremely clean and decorated beautifully. It also had a well stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook a meal. Bed was very comfortable . Spacious bathroom with a very cool mirror. Having a washer dryer was very helpful as we were traveling to Hawaii before heading home. We highly recommend staying there .Super host!

The home was in a safe neighborhood and conveniently close to my daughter’s house, who is a returning student to CAL. It was very clean with all necessary appliances, including a quality washer/dryer.I would definitely enjoy staying there again.

This property suited us very well, given its location, layout, furnishings, and Nancy’s helpful and very gracious presence. Kitchen is well appointed, nice array of books available, and full cable TV offerings. Quiet at almost all times of day. Just be willing to move your car according to time limits on weekdays.

We loved this comfortable and very convenient apartment in North Berkeley about 2 blocks from the Bart station. It is the nicest basement apartment I have stayed in. Surprisingly great natural light, absolutely quiet and private. Very clean, nice living room/kitchen area and the location is great. Just beware that it is so close to the Bart that there is only 2 hour parking unless you walk a block or two away. Host is very responsive and available for questions. Hope to return when I'm back visiting the area.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here within 3 years, and it was just as pleasant and lovely as the first time. The owners were on hand and communicative, which is important to me. Secondly, it was very clean, with amenities available. The location is a bit farther away for my needs, but the area is close to everything. This trip I found the bus stop to get to where I needed as an option to walking. I would stay here again. Thank you so much!!!
