You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
- No pets are allowed in the property without approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know

- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed

You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home.

The property is a 5-minute walk away from three separate bus stops, on Wentworth Ave and Eyre St. These stops operate routes to Fyshwick, The City, City West, Fraser and Queanbeyan.     What a gem of a place! The combination of air conditioning and heating made it perfect for any weather, I also loved the comfortable bed and the fact that everything was spotless, The TV was a nice addition for relaxing in the evenings after a day of exploring,

    Absolutely loved my time at this apartment! The view of the lake from the patio was a highlight for me, I enjoyed having breakfast out there every morning, The kitchen had everything I needed, including a microwave and stovetop, which made cooking a breeze, Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

    This is a great location but the unit itself is dark and small. The bedroom is claustrophobic and the bed uncomfortable (we bought new pillows as the ones provided were dreadful). The bathroom has no window so the fan has to be on every time the light is on. The shower has no door (part of the design) so the water floods the floor in front of the toilet. The kitchen is quite well supplied (much of it stored in the living room) but it is not neat and organised as in most places we stayed - it really feels like you are living in someone's (not very nice) place.
