Stunning 140 m² 2-bedroom penthouse (7th and 8th floor) with 100 m² terrace

This apartment was beyond perfect for me and my family for a trip to Paris for the holidays. It's very spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and elegant, with all you need nearby (great restaurants, pharmacies, cafes, boutiques). You are about a 20-30 min ride from most destinations (Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Musee D'Orsay). It was very cold when we were there so we rarely took the subway but easily could have bc there are two lines close by. The apartment is on the top floor, so no noise to contend with (we're New Yorkers, so this is especially rare and appreciated). The two floors were ideal for us to feel like we had space when we came home from a long and busy day sightseeing. It was the home away from home you always hope for but rarely find. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We truly enjoyed staying at the Penthouse apartment on our visit to Paris. Guy was very helpful and Chantal was delightful. The location is perfect—providing a welcomed retreat after the day in the center of the city. Great neighborhood with shops and restaurants within short walking distance. The apartment is beautiful and bright with a grande terrace for relaxing, and watching the Eiffel Tower lights at night (and 14 Juillet fireworks, in our case). Air conditioning, elevator, washer, secure building. Would stay there again.

I highly recommend this place! Great neighborhood very close to a metro stop to get you anywhere you need to go.This is a penthouse apartment in a very nice building.There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance day or night.If you are staying during the summer, the air conditioning works great.Chantal met us at check in. She is very nice and helpful.We hope to stay here again soon.

Apartment was nice. Freezer had a loud beeping that was very annoying. You could hit a button to stop it for a couple hours and it would start again. The key to the front door didn’t work on the last day. Would like to have regular pillows for bed. AC was a blessing

This is an absolute gem, and we hope we'll get to stay here again in the future. All is exactly as it appears in the photos, and exceptionally comfortable. The neighborhood is extremely nice, and the apartment is close to everything you'd need along with good transit links. Check in was super easy, as was checkout. They've thought of everything!

We loved to stay in this quiet and green neighborhood with a lot of local cafes and stores. Only a few steps from Paris and easy access to public transportation. AC and views are a bonus!

We really enjoyed our stay at Guy’s penthouse apartment. The property is better than it is shown in the picture. It is a rare find in Paris to have the space and such beautiful large terrace. We have a big house back home and we felt we had plenty of space during our five night stay here with our two young children. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and five minutes walk to some great local restaurants. You don’t feel the hectic touristy vibe here at all, but feel like having a local experience. The metro station is within walking distance, we took metro everywhere and it was very convenient. The walk is really nice as it is our daily exercise. Shantal who checked us in was extremely welcoming and kind. Guy the owner was very responsive. We didn’t hear any noise of the neighbors during our stay and tried to be respectful to them as well. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for something local, authentic, conveniently located and also providing a good amount of space for your holiday!

Plenty of space for our family of four, including a massive terrace. The owner and the property manager were both very welcoming and accommodating of our needs. The neighborhood is very quiet in August, which suited us perfectly.

Loved the property and it's beautiful views. Its convenient to the metro to easily reach many Paris sites. We could watch the Eiffel tower sparkle at night from the 8th floor. I like being off the beaten path, but not too far.
