Stayed Jun 27, 2025My wife and I had two nights very relaxing nights in this quiet little studio. Patti and Kevin were very nice! Kevin met us in the drive, got us situated and left us to enjoy the peaceful environment; which did include seeing deer twice and a couple of foxes (I think they were) on the property. I would definitely return.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024Very clean and close to town. Great location on Cypress Creek. The unit was very comfortable for just myself and had everything I needed and more! (Including umbrellas, shampoo, conditioner, chips, and little water bottles in the fridge) It is also good to know there is a more permanent tenant who lives behind the studio as others have stated. I never heard them at night and never crossed paths with them but I believe their kitchen must back up to the studio. I could hear every single beep on the microwave, every drawer opening and closing, and every single sneeze that they made because the walls are so thin. Like I said not a problem since they were so quiet at night, but I could not take a nap during the daytime and it did keep me up. Just bring a little noise maker or ear plugs. It's too good of a little studio and the owners are too kind to knock it down for that reason.
