Kitchen in the living room / bedroom with dinette, TV, gas stove, electric cooker (2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Jadranovo. The studio is located on a 300 sqm enclosed plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
