Stayed Jul 29, 2025The view from the patio is beautiful. The host is timely and responsive in her communication. The only issue we had was related to the air conditioner. It only runs from 7am to 7pm based on the air temp outside. In theory you can open the windows at night because it does cool down, but this sits on the main road around Lake Como and the road noise is very loud throughout the night. You can pay extra to have it in at night, but that was a surprise to us. The space is comfortable for 2-3 people. The kitchen has all you need to cook meals if you chose to do so.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025Perfect for a couple of days. Everything we needed and a great view of the lake. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. Ferry service very near to get to towns across the Lake. Very helpful host.

Stayed Sep 25, 2022Travelling by car to this or any VRBO in Lake Como I is extremely challenging because of the very tight roadways. Once at the VRBO our hostess met us and provided us with some tourist information. I suggest you can speak Italian or the communication in person will be difficult. The VRBO bed, kitchen, and bathroom are great. The view is extraordinary but unfortunately the motorcycle noise from the porch makes it annoying. This place is great to take a 10 minute bus ride to Bellagio. From there you can travel to the other landmarks easily. We enjoyed our stay.
