Stayed Jun 27, 2023Cancelled my booking with no explanation a few hours before check-in, after confirming my stay the night before. I booked 2 months ago! I was stranded on my way to the accomodation with no other vacancy to stay in Aix en Provence, had to skip the whole location on my holiday. The booking management website VRBO said they would help find accomodation and pay for it, but they never responded to me after I gave them my details. A scam, do not stay here!
