Stayed Feb 17, 2024The multi-family property is apparently for sale at this time, so take this into consideration when reading my review. Pros: Great location (for us). We were there for the Publix Marathon and the start/finish line was a short walk from the unit. Street parking in front. Generally quite secure. Nice size. Amenities as advertised, and everything worked. Nice pool/Intracoastal view from the living/dining area. The owner responded via text (in a few hours) and answered the telephone right away when we couldn't access the unit. The street/immediate area features mostly vacant & boarded-up buildings, but this was okay because it was quiet without typical city noise, and only a short walk to the A1A with shops, beach, pubs, restaurants, etc. Cons: The floor was not very clean, and sticky in places - we ended up wearing socks inside. Bathroom renovation(!) & wall paint/general cosmetic repairs are all overdue and/or need some TLC. Unfriendly verbal (irritated?) owner/agent communication when we called to say we weren't able to activate the key-less door for entry (a Saturday afternoon interruption?). Vacant/boarded up buildings surrounding the unit make the street/area look unsightly and derelict.
