Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property is all about location. Central Rome, walk to everything. The property itself is small, cramped, dated, and in need of upgrades. The pictures flatter it. Rating only the property, it's 3 stars at best. But location is 5 stars, as are the property managers. Extremely helpful and friendly. So overall I gave it 4 stars. Again, great location, in a very safe and quiet area.

Would not count on much cooking in the kitchen or spending a lot of time in the apartment as there are only a few chairs, but it is perfectly priced for a place to sleep and shower when you plan to spend a lot of time exploring the city. Just what we wanted. Great communication and check in process.

Stayed Nov 3, 2023The location of the apartment was perfect we only used a taxi once during our stay and that was only because our flight was delayed. The apartment it’s self was small dark and tired, the main room and corridor was OK but the kitchen and bathroom is in need of a deep clean and updating. Rome itself was lovely and this apartment is close to some lovely restaurants but overall I wouldn’t recommend.

Stayed Mar 27, 2023Location was excellent. Decor a bit tatty and grubby looking. The listing says there is a sofa, but there isn’t a sofa. Just one easy chair. So only one person at a time is comfortable for sitting. The bed is very comfy for sleeping. Check in was easy, quick and pleasant. The immediate area is quiet and feels safe. Walking distance from all the best sights, Would recommend this little studio as a great base for exploring Rome
