This elegant residence Residence Meridian Unità 2, recently opened, with studio-apartment, welcomes its guests, and has automatic check-in. Close to Cagliari and the beautiful beaches of Chia, you can enjoy a carefree vacation by the sea. This studio, located on the 1st floor, consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom, so it can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning. The spacious covered balcony with seating furniture is perfect for starting the day with a cup of coffee and enjoying the wonderful views of the pool and mountain scenery. The common outdoor area features a garden, a sun terrace with sun loungers and a large swimming pool, as well as a pool for younger guests. There you can swim and sunbathe extensively. In the small village of Villa San Pietro there is a restaurant just a 6-minute walk away (650 m). All other stores for daily needs, located in Pula, can be reached in 3-5 minutes by car, as well as cafes, two supermarkets and numerous restaurants. The port of Perd'e Sali-Porto Columbu is a 6-minute drive away (3.4 km). The beach of Chia, one of the most beautiful in Italy, is a 20-minute drive from the property, and the archaeological site of Nora can be visited in 11 minutes by car (6 km). The town of Sarroch is a 6-minute drive (5 km), and the lively city of Cagliari, with its charming old town, is a 35-minute drive (32 km) north of Villa San Pietro. The city's international airport is a 28-minute drive (35 km) from the apartment.



Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The deposit will be managed through the portal Vikey and will be returned by bank transfer.



Pool is open from 9 am - 1 pm and 3 pm - 8 pm.
