Stayed Oct 5, 2022We rented the small studio but we were extremely lucky to get upgraded to the villa. What a gorgeous place! The villa is decorated with a beautiful mix of Indian, Maroccan and vintage, making it a very cozy and romantic place. The garden is a lush paradise. On the back the mountain Cofano, and in front the sea, with view of the islands and the sunset. If I have to name one small downside its that the wifi is weak. But then, do you really need it here?

Stayed Sep 6, 2019It is a beautiful restored property in a dramatic and peaceful landscape. The garden and views spectacular and we loved the outdoor kitchen and decoration. Very romantic. The housekeeper and her husband were so helpful and friendly too, super people. The sea in cornino was incredibly fresh and clear, stunning sunsets and walks. Car recommended to drive to local town for supplies and to explore the surrounding areas. Highly reccommend this stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We (a couple of friends) chose this villa for the New Year's getaway to a warmer climate, and were amply rewarded! the location is perfect, the villa is surrounded by the sea and the mountains. Inside you have everything to make you feel totally comfortable, with a kind of rustic but stylish interior, and outside you have plenty of attractions. It was like staying in your own home, but transferred to a more beautiful and amazing environs... For the more sedentary, one idea for a perfect vacation would be chilling out in the villa and enjoying its fantastic patio, though in that case perhaps it's better to go there in summer. As we wanted to explore the island a little bit, we rented a car and drove around visiting a lot of cities and towns like Palermo, Agrigento, Erice, Castellammare etc. For eating - in the nearby town of Bonagia they have a couple of excellent seafood restaurants. The only thing that we didn't do was swim in the sea, it was a bit too cold for that - but that's for next time. A big big thank you to the villa's hosts!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My boyfriend and I stayed in the villa for three nights in late May. It was exactly what we were looking for - a peaceful, isolated, beautiful villa right next to the sea. Paola was extremely helpful in arranging our stay, including booking a guide while we were there (Michelangelo is highly recommended!). She answered my MANY questions and provided a lot of ideas on what we could do during our stay. Although we didn't get to meet her personally, Alessandra and Mateo were very hospitable and helped us with any needs. I would highly recommend the villa to anyone visiting Cornino. My only regret is that we didn't get to stay longer!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969When my girl friend and I arrived we were met by Alejandra, who could not have been kinder and more helpful. We just could not get over how beautiful every thing was. The setting, the garden, the buildings, every thing down to the smallest detail was beautiful and done with a lot of love and care. I wasn't surprised to find out that Paoula is an artist. The only problem is that the gardens are so nice that one does not feel like leaving. Thank you Alejandra and Paoula, we had a wonderful time.
