Studio, incredible location & on-site parking! Short walk to Plaza & Railyard.

Perfect in every way. Wine and cheese was an unexpected treat.

Everything we needed was provided. The space is tastefully and thoughtfully appointed. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Water pressure excellent. Adorable decor, fluffy towels, cozy comforter, nice weighted blanket with southwest design.The cottage was quiet… but walking distance to the heart of Santa Fe and so many good restaurants in the Railyard district. Parking was safe, secure and easy as was letting ourselves in . We were absolutely delighted. This is the best vacation rental we have had. We understand now why it has perfect reviews by guests. We will definitely return to this or one of the many offerings these hosts maintain and provide to travelers. We are so impressed. It made our vacation stress free , fun, relaxing and easy. Simply lovely.

Great central location in the heart of Santa Fe. I only wish it included a toaster.

Excellent location and the casita is very homey.

Such a cozy prefect spot for us to retreat to after exploring each day. We spent 4 nights. Explored the area walking to the plaza, rail yard area, farmers market, local coffee shops and restaurants. We explored hikes, national monuments and more by venturing out in a rental car. Coffee, wine, cheese and crackers provided by the hosts was a nice treat! We would highly recommend this Cottage!

Arriving at our Vrbo casita in Santa Fe, NM after a long drive from AZ, we were pleasantly surprised to find a nice bottle of red wine and cheese and crackers awaiting us along with a welcoming book of instructions to make us feel at home. One of the co-hosts soon came to welcome us in person and showed us where to find a good nearby coffee shop, a nice food court and bar, and a fantastic southwestern restaurant. He later came back at our request and helped us figure out how to navigate the TV system. We soon settled in to a wonderful week-long winter stay in the lovely casita. The location was perfect for walking almost everywhere, including to the central plaza where we bought Native American jewelry gifts, and in a nearby store, a gorgeous rug that we shipped home. We rarely needed our car except to drive one hour away to Bandelier National Monument, a special must-see place. The weather was cool but sunny most days during our mid-February visit. It was a perfect getaway from a Wisconsin winter for us. We love Santa Fe for all its culture and uniqueness! And the casita run by fantastic friendly hosts! We will be coming back again!!

The cottage was exactly as shown in pictures and was within walking distance of historic downtown.It was very nicely appointed, cozy, and quiet.

This location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The Plaza, The Railyard, Restaurants and Breweries. The room was everything advertised, clean, welcoming, well appointed and spacious. If we return to Santa Fe, we will stay here again.

This is my 2nd time staying at one of Linda’s properties and once again it was wonderful! Her communication with me was easy and very helpful. The cottage came complete with everything one would need to enjoy their stay in Santa Fe, including a lovely bottle of wine, delicious cheese and wonderful crackers! The location was perfect. The plaza is a short walk from the cottage as are many of the sites of Santa Fe. There is no need for a car to explore this beautiful city. Linda offers many suggestions for places to eat and galleries to visit. I highly recommend staying at one of her properties and I look forward to my next stay.

Exactly what we were looking for: really well located between the rail yard and town (5min walk each way ), clean, comfortable and homely. Great space for a couple. Linda was great at communicating and the welcome wine was a nice touch. Yes recommended !

Absolutely perfect in every way! The cottage looked even better than in the pictures. The location was superb and I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. The cottage was fully equipped with everything I needed to be comfortable and to work remotely. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and hope to return soon.

This studio was perfect for my friend and I. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and walkable to the Railyard and Santa Fe Plaza. There's easy parking right outside the studio too. Linda is so kind leaving wine and cheese when we arrived and allowing me to stay a few extra hours until I had to leave for the airport. I really appreciated her flexibility and hospitality. I would definitely stay there again.

This little cabin is a GEM. Great location - plaza, farmer’s market, coffee shops, everything just a stroll away. Clean, comfortable and quiet. This will be my stay vacation on future Santa Fe visits. Perfect!

Tucked away off Cerrillos road blocks from the State capitol complex and easy walking distance from the Plaza, we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The host left a nice welcome package of wine and cheese and the cottage was clean and homey. Thanks for a great stay.

Staying at Linda's cottage was a delight. It is perfect in every way. Extremely clean and it has every thing you will need - so comfortable. Could not be a better location. We walked everywhere. It was so nice to come back to the cottage after day of hiking, exploring, or shopping. Great restaurants and coffee/bakery shops near by. Highly recommend - hope to return some day.

My wife and I loved Santa Fe and this was our first time staying at this property. Everything was great and we will certainly come back.

This studio apartment is lovely and just what we were looking for during our four nights in Santa Fe. Our host provided beer, wine, cheese, and crackers on the evening of our arrival and there was coffee, tea, and milk to start our morning. The location was perfect with museums, galleries, and restaurants all within walking distance.

The location of the cottage is great for walking. It’s between the Plaza and the Railyard and very convenient to access major routes for exploration. Cottage is quite comfortable and the host, Linda, was very responsive and pleasant. At night, we found the space a little bright from exterior lights. In particular light from the motion sensors flooded through the kitchen window, making it a challenge to sleep. At times, the motion sensor flashed on and off for several hours likely because the sensor was picking up wind-blown branches. We thought a heavier shade would solve the problem.

Location was perfect for me. A nice distance from either the Railyard and the Downtown Plaza but a quick walk to either. The cottage was just enough for me. Nice efficiency kitchen, comfy bed, good entry and couch area, and bathroom was well appointed. Overall I was happy with my stay!

Third year staying at properties of Linda Lance. Always so wonderful, close to everything cozy just the best pied a terre to have in beautiful Santa Fe!

This apartment was well maintained, a short walk to the plaza, and the owners provided all we needed for our stay. LOVED the wine, cheese and beer provided for us when we arrived. Would definitely rent from them again.

First impressions mean a lot. The owner, Lance, was so kind, he met us when we arrived, helped carried suitcases in and chatted with us. That really set the tone for the trip. Little extras like a bottle of wine, a couple of bottles of beer, cheese and crackers were a nice touch. When traveling we typically do a supermarket trip so we can make breakfast and lite suppers at the VRBO and have a bigger meal out for lunch during our day out, this place had every thing we needed for that(except a toaster.) nice coffee shop across the street, wonderful bakery down the block Sage Bakehouse, and a great Brew Pub about 2-3 minute walk down Manhattan St. Bed comfortable, bath and shower perfect. The weather was hot for us so the cooling unit didn't really keep it cool enough for sleeping. On well, can't control the weather. Lots of good restaurants and shopping in walking distance, love that! We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Linda and Lance for such a lovely place.

The owner happened to be around when we had a problem with our rental car. He couldn’t have been more helpful! He actually left his office to go home and get jumper cables for us. We highly recommended staying here!

Well appointed rental attached to a commercial building. Location was quiet. Interior was small but well stocked and clean. 0 complaints. 10 minute walk to pretty much everything. Would visit again.

This cozy cottage was in the perfect location for us to walk to museums, restaurants, galleries and bars. It was exceptionally clean, well appointed, aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable. It gets a 5 star rating from us!!

Short walk to both the Plaza and Railyard, with ample parking behind the cottage. Immaculate, comfortable, stylish and extremely quiet, especially considering the in-town location. Full kitchen with every amenities. Friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended for single travelers or couples.

We had a lovely time in Santa Fe. The Cottage is in a fantastic location for walking to restaurants and shops. The best coffeeshop in Santa Fe is across the street! The kitchen is small and minimally equipped for a 10-day stay, but we made simple meals with no problem. Linda and Lance were great hosts, very welcoming and responded to our questions very quickly.
