Stayed Dec 31, 1969My two children and I spent a wonderful weekend in Flensburg and this apartment made our stay that much more enjoyable. We loved walking the 25 yards to the pedestrian street, which had access to shops, restaurants, the Saturday market, Molly the pug at the eyeglass store, the iconic Flensburg shoes and the harbor! Convenient doesn’t do the location justice. The attic apartment was warm and welcoming, beds were comfortable, and fixtures modern with the perfect Scandinavian minimalism. The natural light in the apartment was amazing. And waking up in the morning to the church bells was a welcome treat. We traveled from the US to attend a former Au pairs wedding and No 9 was the perfect home base! We found that it was a short walk back to the train station, which made our trip even more convenient. Thank you Philipp for your help and hospitality. It was a trip we will not forget!
