Stayed Aug 27, 2021The owner of the studio is very friendly, lives upstairs, but we had our privacy. The studio is simple, was very clean, got everything one needs for a few days. The hot water doesn't last long, so you need to take quick showers. From the terrace there's a little staircase that goes to a park/playground, so we had our own entrance. It's 7 minutes walking to the (dog) beach, if you go a bit further it's nicer for swimming and you have a cafe, a bar, a restaurant. A small supermarket is less than a 5 min walk away. Walking to rovinj old town is 35 minutes. From the amarin campground (20 minutes much nicer walk) you can take a boat taxi to rovinj for 30 kuna. Parking the car in rovinj is rather stressful and expensive. If you have a car the studio is close to nice restaurants like tipico green garden, which we highly recommend! All in all a pleasant stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment was left to us very clean. The owner was very kind and welcoming and helped us with anything we needed. The apartment itself is in a great location, only a few minutes stroll to a beautiful beach and surrounded by a pine forest.
