There were a LOT of roaches. We killed at least 25 while there. It was honestly just disgusting. The location is great for access to the University, but other than that, I would not recommend. I’ll never stay there again.

We stayed here for our daughter's graduation weekend. It was a perfect location for us. Walkable to campus and to our daughter's house. We had a busy weekend, so we just slept and changed clothes here, but we had everything we needed, including iron, ironing board, and full length mirror. It's a small efficiency in an old building, but it's clean, cute, and a great location for campus events. Excellent communication and fast replies from host. Check-in was simple and easy. Great experience overall.

I had a fine time staying here. There was some noise from neighbors but nothing so bad that white noise and ear plugs couldnt fix. Its a cute, small space and the landlord was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating.

This location was perfect for our weekend getaway. Walking distance to restaurants as well as to event center for the game. Danielle was a great host, check-in was super easy. We will definitely book again!

What a perfect place for my wife and I to see the Vols play and spend time with our son for Parents Weekend in Knoxville. Very convenient, great parking, great accommodations, excellent communication and coordination. Very much recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here! Danielle was lovely and very responsive both before and during our visit. The place matched the listing well, offering great value. The check-in process was smooth, and the parking pass made things much easier. The location is perfect, especially for med students on rotations or anyone visiting the UTK campus. Despite a few suggestions, we’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family due to its value, location, and wonderful host. Our main recommendation is to consider a different cleaning service. When we arrived close to check-in time (4pm), the cleaning crew didn’t leave until 4:10, which wouldn’t be worth mentioning but the place didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned. The floor seemed unswept, the kitchen carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks, and most of the kitchenware was dirty (e.g., pans with egg remnants). We had to sweep, mop, and rewash dishes ourselves. However, the bathroom and linens seemed clean, though the shower drain needs to be snaked soon to avoid plumbing issues. Additionally, we found a vape under the headboard, which should have been noticed by the cleaning crew. Other quick fixes include replacing the Brita filter in the fridge (or adding a sink filter), replacing the broken can opener, and providing instructions for the dishwasher (plus checking if it’s working properly).

Great place to stay for football games. It's not a far walk to the stadium and not far from Calhouns either

The bathroom very small. TV outlet did not work. My husband had to rig it up to an extension cord.
