A door then leads to the living area, comprising a living room with a sofa bed and a fully fitted and equippedopen-plan kitchen. The apartment also has a bathroom with a toilet.

Air conditioning ensures optimal comfort during the summer months, even during periods of high heat.

A private parking space is included, making parking convenient throughout your stay.

Outside, a large shared terrace is available for enjoying sunny days. A table, chairs, and a parasol can be set up there in a convivial setting. This space is shared among the residents of the building, and its use is not guaranteed.
