‍♀️ You’ll have full access to the studio and all included amenities. We supply boogie boards, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys—everything needed for a full day of fun. There’s also a surf rental shop just a 3-minute walk away offering surfboards, wetsuits, paddle boards, kayaks, and more.

Guests may also use the coin-operated washer and dryer shared with the other units. Guest hours are before 10 AM or after 3 PM (reserved for housekeeping between 10 AM–3 PM).

No designated parking: Please note that there is no designated parking for this studio. Street parking is available, but it can be very limited during the summer and on weekends since the property is located directly across from the beach. Parking is generally easier during the off-season.

Guests may park on the street, or use nearby free public parking lots located at Santa Clara Point and El Carmel Point.

Please carefully read all posted street parking signs, as rules and restrictions vary by location and time. Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance with all parking regulations. We are not responsible for any parking tickets, towing, or violations that may occur during your stay.

Most guests prefer Uber/Lyft, and once you’re here, everything you need—beaches, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops—is within walking distance.

This studio is cozy and compact and best for 1–2 adults.

We provide a Pack ’n Play and high chair upon request, but floor space will be very limited once the Pack ’n Play is set up.
